Vacation rentals with a patio in Argenteuil

Venu spécialement pour un concert, nous avons choisi l’airbnb d’Astrid car il correspondait à nos critères et il été plutôt bien situé, près du stade de France. L’appartement est très fonctionnel, propre et suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes. Le quartier est plutôt calme et facile d’accès en transport. Merci à Astrid pour cette expérience 🙂

Appartement propre, bien organisé et chaleureux. C'est spacieux et l'immeuble est calme, ce qui rend le séjour agréable.

Perfect for an affordable, cozy place to sleep. Host was helpful and quick to respond to any needs. Bed was comfortable, and the privacy is great. The mini kitchen and laundry machines were very much appreciated, especially at this price point. Perfect for tourists as it's a 3 min walk from the RER train station. Light sleepers might not like the sounds of the traffic in the early morning, but it's that spot that makes this place so convenient. Outside of rush hour, it's a calm and pretty neighbourhood. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and restaurants are a 2-3 min walk. Plane spotters will also appreciate this place as there's a great view of the air traffic around noon.

I was most impressed by all aspects of my stay at this wonderful split level studio. The place is warm and homely and comfortable. Great location for a variety of different restaurants. Easy access to two different Metro lines and Gare du Nord is also easily accessible by foot. It is a central location with many small local shops, antique stores, bakeries and restaurants around. I would happily stay here again in future and hope to do so. Thank you Antoine, much obliged. Until next time

Absolutely loved my stay at Monica’s!! Was informed perfectly, place is well secure and has enough space for 2. Balcony is astonishing. All the utilities and equipment work perfectly and are in great condition. Will definitely be wanted to stay here again in the near future and will be recommending to anyone I know travelling to Paris!!!

This place was beautiful, with enormous quiet garden and a large swimming pool. The house is located on the same property as the main house with the host. Hence, it was very easy to communicate.

Agnes was an amazing host. She met us to let us in and give us a quick tour. She was very responsive throughout the stay. We absolutely loved the flat and did NOT want to leave! It is very comfortable and the amount of history and character in it is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. There are plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance and it’s in a very peaceful area. An Uber into Paris was about 25 minutes which was very convenient for us. Coming from the United States, we compared the area to a storybook scene compared to the US being mostly a cheap Hollywood set quickly thrown together. 😂

Le séjour s’est bien passé. Guangyu a été très réactif pour répondre aux questions. La maison était conforme à la description et dans un très bon état. Nous avons passé un agréable moment 😊

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das stilvoll eingerichtete Haus und der schöne Garten waren ein angenehmer Rückzugsort, wenn es uns in Paris zu heiß und zu voll war. Gare du Nord ist gut erreichbar, häufige Verbindungen - je 15 Minuten Fußweg und Bahnfahrt. Wir freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch in Bettys schönem Haus.

La présentation du logement et de ses équipements est claire et nécessaire. nous avons passé un excellent séjour, à proximité de Paris dans un cadre calme et reposant ! les installations de grande qualité proposées par Iteb répondent à tous les goûts ! je recommande ce logement. Très propre, chambre parentale avec salle de bain incroyable, proche du RER, facile de se garer. Petit commerces à côté du logement. Endroit très calme

Olivier is a great host. Always responsive and proactive with checkin/checkout. The place matches what is listed. The 11th was a great neighbor and felt very local with many restaurants near the place. Highly recommend

Eva’s apartment is a lovely place to stay. It’s bright, cozy, and with a great atmosphere. The terrace is definitely a highlight, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink outside. Eva has been a wonderful host She has been very flexible and always quick to respond to any questions. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Idéal pour assister à événement au Stade de France et rentrer après très vite à pied, avec place de stationnement sous l'immeuble.

Sanaa was such a lovely host. The apartment was very nice and comfortable just as expected from the pictures. Sanaa had great communication which made me and my sister feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for something cosy and modern you’re in the right place!

Remco’s apartment was lovely - stylish yet comfy and also quiet while being in a cute and walkable neighborhood with plenty of great cafes and restaurants nearby! Remco himself was super responsive and kind. Definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Claire. L’appartement est spacieux, très confortable et très lumineux et il est très bien situé à Levallois à côté du métro Anatole France (ligne 3). Nous recommandons !

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy
