Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

Notre gite 'Les Saules' fait parti de notre corps de ferme, classé 'site remarquable'. Il donne sur notre étang avec ses saules. Vous seriez au calme entouré de pommiers, moutons et poules. La 'Suisse Normande' est bien situé pour visiter Caen, Mont St Michel, les plages de débarquement et Honfleur. On a aussi une salle de jeux sur place avec tennis de table, billard et fléchettes. On the ground floor, down a step there is also a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Welcome to Concombre Cottage, set within a 300 year old farmhouse surrounded by the Normandy countryside. Myself, my husband, our dog, cat and 5 free range chickens love it here. 1 dog allowed per stay, 2 dogs on request. Dogs must be kept on a lead in garden areas. Our spacious private two bedroom cottage renovated to a high spec in 2022 is ideal for a relaxing holiday yet only a 5 minutes drive to the nearest town with all amenities. Cycle path & fishing lakes nearby.
