Beautiful apartment in Wangen/Allgäu center close to the center

In the heart of Allgäu, near Lake Constance, I offer an apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 2 bedrooms, a dining area and a kitchenette. 2 steps across the corridor is the bathroom. These areas are for guests only. The house entrance is not separate. We live downstairs in the house and on the first floor on the right. So there is usually someone on site and we will be happy to help if you have any questions. The house is located on the outskirts of the city in a secluded location. Walk about 1 km into the city center and about 200m into the forest.

Unser Haus liegt eingebettet in Felder, die der Löwenzahn im Frühjahr gelb färbt und der Schnee im Winter weiß. A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) You will stay in the attic floor of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a farmhouse with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with a magnificent view of the Allgäu Alps completes our "favorite place". There is a sauna in the house. It can also be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn winter days.
