Accommodation suitable for 3 adults or 1 couple with 2 children maximum. Shared courtyard with the owners and free to access, with dining area and barbecue. Argeliers is 20 minutes from Minerve, 25-30 minutes from Narbonne and Béziers, about 35 km from the beaches, 45-50 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Montpellier and 1 hour 45 minutes from Toulouse.

The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

You will stay in a quiet location and enjoy a swimming pool shared only with us. Motorcycle and bike garage. Barbecue and pétanque will enhance these discoveries. The dedicated Box allows remote work. Upon your arrival the beds will be made, towels and linens are provided.

The latter is located at the bottom of the garden, you can have your breakfast accompanied by the songs of birds and cicadas. You'll always find something to do in this little piece of heaven..... Depending on certain conditions, you can enjoy the family pool a few hours/week
