Monthly Rentals in Arenella, Naples

Less than 100 meters from metro station (L1) from where u can get directly to centro storico, quartier spagnolo, port, Duomo, Termini Centrale (Garibaldi) without need to change the train. Very clean and comfortable space, excelent bed, perfect climatization inside the apartment, 2 TVs for the kids, nice kitchen, washer in the apartment. Lots of groceries, cafeteries, fruit sellers, restaurants just 400 meters or less from the building. Mr Rocco is very responsive, helpful, easygoing and kind. As we needed to depart from Naples just in the night, the host allowed us to a late check out, which was very helpful for us. We love this place where we stayed one week and really would stay again in the future when we visit Napoli again.

Rosalia and her husband are very kind and available. They greeted us when we arrived. The apartment is very clean, large, as in the photos. It has everything you need: tea, coffee, cupcakes, salt, sugar, olive oil, soap etc. Downtown Naples is easily accessible by metro. Double glazed windows greatly attentive to the noise of planes (Naples airport is close to the city). The bed mattress is “soft”, my husband loved it, not me who prefers a firm mattress due to my back problems. But it's just a personal taste. The apartment's walls are thin but the neighbors are very polite and quiet so we were not disturbed.

Very good communication with Francesco. His parents welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The apartment is very well located, 5 minutes from the metro. Restaurants, bars, supermarket on the square. We were 5 friends and were able to enjoy this spacious, very clean accommodation, with very comfortable bedding and very well-equipped for cooking. We would highly recommend this host and this apartment!

Location of property is central to Napoli. Dwelling is very clean and functional. Host is professional, attentive, and concerned for tenants we'll being and experience.
