Villa vacation rentals in Arenella

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

Het verblijf was perfect. Een schitterende en rustige plek. Vanaf deze locatie was het ideaal om uitstapjes te ondernemen. De plek zelf was perfect en kwam overeen met de advertentie. DE communicatie met Corado was uitstekend. Hij reageerde snel. Er waren ook fietsen aanwezig die je kon gebruiken om naar het strand te gaan. De plek is echt een aanrader om vanuit hier Noto en Siracuse te ontdekken. Ook Avolo had een aantal leuke restaurantjes.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem schönen Ferienhaus auf Sizilien! Die Außenanlage ist wirklich ein kleines Paradies – eine grüne Oase mit viel Platz zum Entspannen, Spielen und natürlich dem tollen Pool, den wir alle sehr genossen haben. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, und auch wir Erwachsenen konnten herrlich abschalten. Das Haus selbst ist gut geeignet für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern – alles war sauber und funktional. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet, aber da wir meist auswärts essen waren (was auf Sizilien sowieso ein Genuss ist!), hat uns das nicht gestört. Insgesamt haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!

Lovely villa in a great location. Fabio was an excellent host. We had a small issue with a leaking tap which was resolved almost immediately after we informed Fabio. Highly attentive service…grazie. Unexpected bonus was how close the train station is and how easy it is to get to Noto & Ortiga. Would definitely recommend this villa, we intend to return next year.

Le séjour a été parfait. Le logement est très fonctionnel en plus d'être très bien décoré et au milieu d'un superbe jardin d'Olivier et de quelques citronniers. Nos hôtes, Giuseppina et Sebastiano sont prévenant et vraiment attentif. Encore merci pour le vin et le café à l'arrivée. Un séjour réussi dans une région de la Sicile où l'histoire et la nature ne font qu'un. L'accueil et la qualité du logement n'ont pas été étranger à cette réussite.

Très bon séjour dans un environnement calme, adapté pour enfants. Hôte accueillant et flexible. Nous recommandons !

Wir hatten schon viele Häuser in den letzten Jahren aber das Haus von Saro, hatte den bisher besten Standard. die Zimmer haben Top-Hotel-Niveau. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und im EG und draußen weitere Toiletten und Duschen. Die Ausstattung insgesamt sehr hochwertig und auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, für die angegebenen Personen. Alles sehr angenehm und gelungen, um von der ersten Minuten den Urlaub zu genießen. Zu erwähnen ist der kurze Weg zu einem tollen ruhigen Naturstrand. Und auch hier ist am Haus alles notwendige Equipment, wie Sonnenschirme und Strandsitze. Saro war ein toller Gastgeber der immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit war. Ebenso seine Empfehlungen zu guten Restaurants oder Geschäften. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank Saro.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Melina, it was a beautiful house that offered all the amenities that we needed. It was exceptionally spacious and had views of the sea and a beautiful garden with various places to sit to enjoy the view. It was exceptionally clean and the bedrooms were all different colours and themes, which really added to the ambience of the house. The kitchen facilities were very good with a large dining table in the shared space to have social time. It was close to the supermarket, pharmacy and some very good restaurants and the beach was just five minutes away from the villa. Overall excellent accommodation and beautiful surroundings. We loved it!!

A fantastic villa, we stayed with two families including an older teenager and the villa layout worked perfectly. Pool and outside decking with BBQ area was fantastic. The villa was minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

We were here in June when the weather was really, really hot so the pool and the air conditioning were absolutely critical to a pleasant stay. Plenty of room for our family of 4 adults. The area has some hidden beaches that are walkable as well as a few restaurants right on the water with beautiful views. If you rent a car, make sure that it is a small one as the driveway is a bit tight to get in and out of. The host was magnificent in helping us get settled and make arrangements with boat tours and other activities in the area. Highly recommend!!

Great find in Marzamemi. After the hustle and bustle of Taormina, this quiet village was a perfect way to unwind. We loved using the pool in the morning and evening, and walked down to the beach, just a few hundred meters away. The apartment is very comfortable, a lot of space. The beds are comfortable. Good showers. Crib was available for my son and it was perfect. Laura and her husband were very available and helped us when we had issues with wifi, as well as rushed over when we accidentally locked ourselves out! Would definitely return and stay longer next time.

The place is absolutely amazing, high quality build and decorations in everything, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool is the best I have seen, including hotel pools, as it’s deep enough at one end (well over 2 meters) to jump in and has a spring board. Location is near a road but it’s well isolated enough that you can’t see the traffic and it’s quiet, just a beautiful retreat. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a big dining room. Hosts are perfect - very responsive when you need them, non intrusive when you don’t. You need a car, but location next to Siracuse is perfect with lots of beautiful places to visit nearby. We would definitely return!

The property was beautiful and provided everything as advertised. Corrado was very responsive to our questions and requests - we couldn't figure out how to turn the a/c on, and Corrado came right over to the property to help. We also had a problem with the water pump in one of the units and Corrado had it fixed in no time. The outdoor kitchen was fabulous - my husband was able to cook dinner for 16 people without a problem. We cleaned up a lot of the mess, but left some for the morning. However, Corrado's assistant told us that he would clean everything up - including the dishes in the kitchen. We only stayed two nights, but would have loved to stay longer! We highly recommend this property!

amazing stay at a beautiful home. Perfect for our group of 6 adults and 2 children. alfresco dining every evening in the serene surroundings of the lemon grove, with pool always available to cool down. Gabrella was a perfect host, informative and attentive when needed. Location is a short drive from Syracuse with some restaurants even closer by. We only had time to explore Noto and Regusa but both well worth the time.

wow wow wow. es war einfach schön. wie auf den fotos oder sogar besser. man hat platz,der pool ist gross .....es ist wie im beschreib. pietro wie auch riccardo sind hilfsbereit und nett. riccardo ist immer zu stelle wenn was ist. wir waren uns mal unsicher,da es in der nähe gebrannt hat und er kam sofort nachschauen. wir kommen gerne wieder und können es allen empfehlen.

This was our second visit and we found it to be the perfect stylish get away. There were some improvements since our last visit including upgraded bathrooms which were greatly appreciated. Once again we found the view from the pool itself to be endlessly fascinating and deeply relaxing. Thank you for hosting us with so much kindness and warmth and making our stay perfect.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

We had an exceptional stay at House Nicasia. Giovanna was a fantastic host, and Pamela, who welcomed us, was equally friendly and helpful—both were incredibly responsive, always replying to messages within minutes. The house was spotless and immaculately maintained—it genuinely felt brand new. The garden and lawn were manicured to perfection, resembling a golf course. Inside, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with high-quality mattresses and pillows that made for a great night’s sleep. The pool area was another highlight: relaxing, well-equipped, and complemented by a fully functional pool house that had everything we needed. Would absolutely love to return—highly recommended.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Unterkunft! Die Lage war super ruhig und ideal, um sich zu entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ebenfalls einwandfrei. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

Moc se nám líbilo. Velmi milé bylo, že nám Paolo připravil vodu, víno a džus do lednice. Dům je prostorný 4 ložnice (2 bez klimatizace, jen stropní větrák) a 4 koupelny. Matrace v některých postelích by potrebovaly vyměnit. Kuchyň je docela dobře vybavená. Voda je odsolená a proto je nutno koupit vodu balenou. Bazén čistý a příjemná zahrada k relaxaci. Venkovní sprchy jsou super. K písečné pláži je to pár minut pěšky. Obchod je kousek pěšky a dobře vybavený.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in de villa van Mark. Bij aankomst werden we warm ontvangen en kregen we een indrukwekkende rondleiding langs zijn paardenbedrijf. Mark is zichtbaar gepassioneerd en zorgt fantastisch voor zijn paarden. Het was bijzonder om een kijkje te krijgen in de training en verzorging van de dieren. Vlakbij het huisje heeft Mark ook geiten en onze zoon van 1 jaar vond het fantastisch om hier naartoe te gaan. De villa was schoon, comfortabel en compleet uitgerust – inclusief een fijn zwembad en voldoende koffie 😀! Mark was flexibel met in- en uitchecken en dacht fijn met ons mee. Super als je met een kleintje reist! Deze accomodatie is een aanrader voor wie houdt van rust, natuur en een vleugje paardenliefde!
