Mountain cottage by lake, for adventure and rest

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre

Stugan är belägen högst upp i byn. I en kolossal vacker fjällmiljö, sommar som vintertid. Fantastisk utsikt över Ottfjället i söderläge och Välliste i nordost. Du når preparerade skidspår (både klassiskt och skate), skoterleder samt vandringsleder alldeles vid tomtgränsen. Njut av naturen, avkoppling, rikt djurliv, älg, ren, fågelliv och fiske, gå på tur, skida, spring, åk skoter, passa på att jobba på distans. Nyrenoverad fjällstuga 58 kvm och en gäststuga på 8 kvm utanför entrén.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Ett stenkast från Åre by med dess utbud av restauranger och butiker. Gångavstånd till ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre strand, Skidbussen, Tågstationen mm. På sommaren är det ca 100 meter till badstrand med grillplats och skateboardpark. Ca 800-900 meter till Åre bergbana som tar dig upp i skidsystemet. Annars 300-400 meter gång över bron till skidbusshållsplasten.
