The cottage is located at the top of the village. In a colossal beautiful mountain environment, summer and winter time. Great view of Ottfjället facing south and Välliste in the northeast. You reach groomed ski tracks (both classic and skate), snowmobile trails as well as hiking trails right by the property border. Enjoy nature, relaxation, abundant wildlife, moose, reindeer, bird life and fishing, hiking, skiing, running, riding a scooter, taking the opportunity to work remotely. Newly renovated mountain cabin 58 sqm and a guest house of 8 sqm outside the entrance.

Central modern apartment with 3 bedrooms, 8 beds but suitable for 6 people, combined kitchen/living room. 2 private car parks ! Toilet with shower and washing machine, drying cupboard in hallway. Fully equipped kitchen as well as Wi-Fi, TV and chromecast. 2 Ski cabinets outside the door. Cleaning is part of a cleaning company. Bed linen and towels are not included. OBS! - Rented weekly Sunday to Sunday Note: The 30-year limit applies to all residents of the apartment, or families with children - according to BRF regulations for a peaceful accommodation.

Amazing view out to the sea and Åreskutan. 12km to Järpen city center Possibility of cross country skiing in light trail, swimming pool and Curlinghall. 19 km to Huså, 30 km to Åre/Bjørnen, which is known for its slalom slopes.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally located home. A stone's throw from Åre village with its selection of restaurants and stores. Walking distance to ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre beach, Skidbussen, Train station etc. In the summer it is about 100 meters to the beach with barbecue area and skateboard park. Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre roller coaster that takes you to the ski system. Otherwise 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop plastic.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. And it is only 20 minutes to the tourist metropolis of Åre
