The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

At the living room's panoramic windows, there is a large sofa to curl up in and a fireplace to warm up by. The house maintains a consistently high standard with exclusive appliances, beautiful wooden floors, underfloor heating in all rooms and tasteful décor.

Log cabin 55 sqm located by the sandy beach of Gevsjön. With a wood-fired sauna and a great location for those who want to fish in Gevsjön or be close to skiing in Duved, Åre or Storulvån. The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

A comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a nice and relaxing vacation!

Approximately 800-900 meters to Åre mountain railway that takes you up to the ski system. Otherwise, 300-400 meters walk across the bridge to the ski bus stop.
