Family-friendly vacation rentals in Ardrossan

This was my second time staying at Cathy’s place, and once again, it was a great experience. The apartment is in a very convenient location — just a short walk to Chinatown, with easy access to shops and restaurants. Cathy is a wonderful host; communication was smooth and she responded quickly to any questions or requests. The check-in process was easy, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short or extended stay. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the space feel welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Trudi’s place is the perfect city HQ for events at the Adelaide Convention Center across the street. We could walk and catch the free tram to the South Australian Museum, Adelaide Botanic Garden, Adelaide Central Market, great restaurants, and more. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen, laundry, and beautiful space to return to each evening. It is well thought out and very clean, and Trudi is so friendly, responsive, and welcoming. We highly recommend!

This place was absolutely stunning. It was like a home away from home but with all the extra comforts. We took our gorgeous 4 legged girls as our 12 yr old girl is in the last few months of her life. Having a pet friendly accomodation, with secure fencing, was so important to us. It meant we could share some memories with our girl one last time. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Across from the park and a short walk to the Main Street. The spa was a luxury to enjoy. Yes it ran slow, but we took the opportunity to run the water and make some yummy food and it went by quickly. No issues there. Thank you so much to Deb & Rob for allowing us to stay with our furkids. It meant so much to us. An absolutely perfect retreat!!! Thank you !!

It's a little gem! Quiet area, very comfortable home, great cooking facilities, noce secure rear yard for the pup! A beautiful home in a fantastic location. 5 teenagers were never bored and ample space for the 9 of us. A very relaxing place with a great kitchen to cook in. We hope to be back!

We stayed for 2 nights over the weekend and had a fabulous stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and toasty warm. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The location was perfect to walk into Clare and some wineries, and for walking parts of the Wine & Wilderness Trail. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Jackie's property was an ideal home away from home. Clean, welcoming, a fabulous outdoor space for humans and fur kids, walking distance from the beach and minutes from local shops. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again!

A great place to stay for a family. The hosts provided a portacot which was a really good one since usually the ones provided can be flimsy. The kitchen had everything we needed. Quiet street and car park in the driveway. Easy self-check in instructions and responsive to communications during stay. Heating very effective for colder days. Be aware of the unlocked glass cabinets with delicate items if you have little curious people, but there is plenty of space for them to play, including a small courtyard and short walk to a playground. 10 minutes to Walkerville shops and access to buses directly to the CBD. 20 minute drive to Tea Tree Plaza so great location overall.

We had an awesome time with our family and dogs at Julie’s place over the long weekend! This home was beautifully decorated, furnished, and was a short 10min walk from the beach front. We highly recommend this place if you want a nice getaway by the beach! Thank you, Julie we will come back. ☺️

I’m a regular user of AirBnB when I travel, and this place is easily rated in my top selection! Easy to access the property - great instructions on the how and what. I was staying with my mother - the double room + single bed/office was perfect - very comfortable. As a couple, I could easily imagine staying here myself for longer and working remotely with the office set-up. The decor/interior matches the photos - the property feels even bigger in reality. Functionally - everything was perfect, fantastic coffee machine (there are two coffee shops literally within 1 min walk from the front door) Location - fabulous. If you like to run/walk- you’re 10mins away from the beautiful Victoria park, which features endless space and wetlands area. Norwood is a gorgeous historic area, with tree-lined streets and historic homes. The bus is 450m away, and supermarkets 10mins walk. Thanks so much Barbara for a wonderful stay!! Would absolutely stay again!!

Very nice accommodation with plenty of room for everyone. We stayed in a group of six people and everyone enjoyed their time at Gorgeous Grange. The large heater in the living area was superb, kept us nice and warm. Comfortable beds with all linen and towels supplied, lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating. Close to the beach and the Grange Hotel and also a lovely Cafe on the beach. Thank you Charlie for letting us stay in your Airbnb. Cathy

Great place to stay. Everything you need is available and clean. Welcome pack in the fridge is good after a long day travel. It is walking distance to the beach and cafes. The house is a good size and suits us well for a hassle free getaway.

Beautiful home

We had a great stay at Tim and Karen’s - the guest space is private, easy to access and very spacious. Location is a beautiful suburb just outside of the CBD area with easy access into the city. Would 100% recommend!

Our group had a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and use of the projector. We enjoyed the space greatly and highly recommend to all. All communication was greatly appreciated. Thank you for having us. We would love to return again.

We chose this property based on its location, size and the fact it had a large pool for the kids – it did not disappoint on any of these. Location was great for us, albeit a little further out of the city but our priority was to be close to the beach and as it was only one block away, it was perfect. The property is about a 15min walk from Semaphore centre which has plenty of amenities, small supermarket, restaurants and shops and with Henley beach less than a 10 minute drive away, there are plenty of options. The property has lots of space, the four bedrooms were a good size. The living areas were substantial as were the outdoor areas. The property would benefit from some cosmetic work, some paint was peeling off in some areas but this did not detract in any way from our stay. We would certainly stay at this property again. Great location! Everything is the CBD was easily accessible. About a 15 minute walk to Adelaide oval. Jessie gave great recommendation for things to do in the city and the apartment was in great condition with great views off the balcony.

This is a nice, well stocked apartment. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. This is a homely place as not everything has been updated (eg the bathroom and kitchen cabinets look original) so you feel 'right at home' and not in some sterile, ultra modern, upgraded to-the-hilt type of place. Nice quiet neighbourhood.
