We had a great stay, top notch cabin, fully equipped and beautifully designed. Also enjoyed very much our private outside Jacuzzi while raining :-) 5 minute drive to Beitstolen for all of our activities and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Special mention to the toilet in a small independent cabin with stunning views of the fjord:) The hosts are welcoming, kind and available! Best place to stay on our trip!

Per is a very kind and welcoming host. He waited for us at the check-in and showed us his wonderful cabin on the hill, with beautiful view and peaceful surroundings. He also helped us carry our luggage and gave us great information before our stay, that helped us organize it better. Later during our stay, he gave us further hints and advice, so we could get the most of our Sogndal experience. Everything in the cabin was as shown in the photos, it's an amazing place. Jacuzzi with a view on the lake, mountains and evening sky with meteor showers is an unforgettable experience. Thank you for the stay, Per!

We had a great New Year's holiday at the house in the snow and cold just as we wanted. The kids had a lot of fun on the hill even though the lift was closed. The house is spacious and very well appointed, so there was room for both relaxation, cooking, games and coziness. We give our best recommendations.

We had a lovely time in the cabin. The area is stunning and peaceful. The cabine is beautifully decorated and has everything you need to disconnect and recharge.

Great cabin with good amenities including well equipped kitchen. Everything was clean and tidy and of good quality. Good instructions for arrival and departure, so we felt well received/taken care of. Numerous opportunities for short and longer trips, both on a gravel road, trail and in steep terrain. We had a nice week at the cabin. Great communication with host. We know the area before and enjoy it. You can walk down/up in winter. The starting point is ski in/out, and ski slopes right outside. Thank you for a great week, we would love to come again :)

great place in a great location. We have taken many beautiful hikes. The house is equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable, we felt very comfortable.

Absolutely loved this place, mainly for the feeling of adventure. The track was closed and covered with deep snow from the bridge by the main road (E16) so had to trek 1.5km with snowshoes. Well worth it as none of the other cabins were occupied and I had the whole valley to myself. The cabin was perfect, rustic but comfortable. Plenty of firewood in the shed and the log burner was great for melting ice for water. Solar electricity provided lights and the gas hob was fine for cooking. it had everything I needed and the frozen, silent, starry night was one I will always remember with pleasure. Thank you

This is an absolute find! The place is spacious, clean, with every amenity and great beds. The kitchen is large and has everything you need, the living room is very cozy and comfortable and has a fantastic panorama view of the lake and the mountains. We went randonneing on Tyinstølnøset and Galden, the ascent starts literally just across the road and the views are glorious. On top of all that, you could not ask for better hosts than Michelle and her crew. They will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable (they doubled as our private taxi company when our car broke down at Tyinkrysset!), the food and drink in the cafeteria is gorgeus, the common bathrooms and showers are spotless and we had a great time at the music bingo night and morning yoga session! Thank you so much for your hospitality, and we will definitely be back!

We had a very nice stay with beautiful views over the fjord! The cottage is nicely furnished and equipped with everything. You will find the cottage easiest if you drive from Luster to Skjolden. There is a parking space in the grass along the road. Then with a flight of stairs to the cottage.

We really enjoyed the cozy small cabin in the Mountains, even though it was freezing temperatures the cabin was very warm. It had everything that we needed. Small kitchen, fridge and most important great views in a beautiful location. Highly Recommend

We celebrated New Year's Eve at Elizabeth's house. There were 14 of us and we spent a week at the house, so the hostess made sure that we didn't miss anything. Towels, bedding, sleeping places, hygiene products, everything was enough. A luxurious house, with an excellent kitchen, sauna and jacuzzi. A beautiful fireplace in the living room that gave warmth and comfort to this house. The price of the house fully met our expectations. Thank you to the hostess for a well-spent time and a great New Year's Eve.

Spacious cabin with anything you need. The children's cover is just outside the door. Be able to let the kids out in the move and put on in peace and quiet. We were lucky with the weather and the stay was absolutely fantastic. The host responds quickly and tidyly to any questions. Please be prepared that there is a TV appliance with chromecast.

Nice cabin with good sized kitchen and living room. You will feel like home here.

We had a magical stay. The location was amazing - there was so much to do in this nature playground as well as a whole programme at the main house/cafe such as a pop-up sauna on the frozen lake. The staff were so welcoming and helpful with local recommendations and tips for exploring the area. The hytte itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for the stay. It is true to the description and very cozy. We found the stay very lovely and would definitely recommend to any explorers looking for a peaceful refuge on their journey. We were there for spring snow season and will definitely come back to see the surroundings in other seasons!
