Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

Alexandros was a great host. One morning I called him to ask him where the sun umbrella was for the sea. In 20 minutes he had brought me new ones. The house is cozy, tasteful, spotless. The kitchen is fully equipped. We made BBQ or oven food every day and didn't find a single spices or equipment that the house didn't have!! The sea at our feet. which is not possible. The wonderful moon kept us company on the porch every night with its reflection on the sea being a magic. An ideal home and destination for relaxation and rest, with several options in the area, with the top two theatres of Epidavros. The small theater for kings is literally 700 meters away. It was a stay I would definitely like to repeat, even winter. Alexander thank you for everything

The owner is friendly and available for all kinds of issues. All I can do is recommend this home for all those who want relaxation and privacy while still feeling at home.

The villa is perfect, peaceful and private.We spent 5 days in May. The location is excellent for sight seeing or just relaxing. The beach which is at the bottom of the garden was very quiet, there is one nice restaurant in this bay where we ate one evening and a short walk to the next bay, there is the small town and more restaurants, bakery, fish mongers etc All the amenities you need are in the villa, a fully well equipped kitchen and a wonderful welcome from Eleni and Kiki with a fridge full of food, fruit, yougurts, eggs, bread,butter,milk, jams, tea and coffee, and fizzy drinks.Also provided things like olive oil, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, plus laundry detergents etc if you need . There are 2 bikes and 2 kayaks and even beach towels. There are 3 seating areas in the garden, sun and shade and the outdoor kitchen with fridge. We made use of the BBQ and charcoal. It’s a wonderful place and we hope to return again soon.
