Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. Self check-in! Traffic noise free! This cozy guest loft was created in January of 2022. We sit in the central edge of Marion, about 8 min from IWU, 5 min from down town, and 7 min from I-69. With TWO bedrooms (each has TV & QUEEN bed), a LARGE kitchen/dining area, a COZY living room with TV/Roku, and a SPACIOUS bathroom! NO CLEANING FEE and FREE parking right in front of your door!
