Aidan and his wife were very friendly but also gave you your space if you needed it. The bedroom was spotless and the bed was very comfortable and clean. The bedroom is opposite the shower room and loo, across the hallway but you don't bump into the family. They are very respectful. I was on my own but felt relaxed and comfortable.

My wife and I stayed for a month. We booked the studio plus the living room and we had a very pleasant stay. Pam is a fantastic host which made everything easy and smooth. Both the check-in/out were flexible and convenient. Stay itself was awesome. Overall great experience. Girton is quite peaceful. There’s a bus stop and small shop 5 min away, a huge Sainsbury 15 min walk. Some cell networks don’t have good reception in this region of Cambridge but there’s an excellent WiFi at Pam’s and a great smart TV to keep busy :) The place itself is well equipped and we found everything we needed whether it’s soap, a can opener, table salt, or an extension cord. Kitchennet is small but definitely more than enough if one is not into extravagant cooking. Bed and sofa were comfortable, linen change and several towels available. Although we stayed in January, the garden still had a beautiful presence. All in all we felt right at home. Highly recommended!

Peaceful, private and cosy. The bed is really comfortable with nice views of trees and rooves. The shower is great and Kate could not have been more thoughtful in considering what to provide which felt very welcoming and personal. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the first of the colleges on the river. Highly recommended.
