Beautifully decorated house, on a large enclosed and wooded lot, as described. The house is well equipped, you immediately feel comfortable there, the place is peaceful and the nearby beaches are wonderful. Glenda was available and attentive, again a big thank you to her and Manuel for their kindness!! This is a place we would definitely recommend and will be back as soon as we can!

We felt very comfortable in Antonio's house. It is very well equipped and both the interiors and the outdoor facilities are very nice. The small roof terrace is wonderful to see the star and on the lower terrace you can eat wonderfully outside and sit almost under palm trees. Antonio is a great host, he brought us fresh vegetables, fruits, wine and honey. Unfortunately, in the high season, quite a lot of cars drive on the road (gravel road), which is a bit annoying and also dust when it's dry. The beach is easily accessible on foot, the small butcher/snack/mini market at the end of the street is very good. For excursions I recommend a car.

The house is by the beach … perfect 🤩 The marina di Tertenia is very quiet and the mountain views are beautiful . We had no neighbors in both houses next to ours , everything was very quiet ( late October - out of season) . There is a large flowered garden and beautiful terrace with beautiful mountain views. It is possible to take walks and access small coves from Tesonis , a stone's throw from the house . The location for the car is perfect and secure. The house is functional and well-equipped . Communication with the host was very easy , fast. We received a little attention upon arrival .

Antonello's house is really very nice, equipped with everything but really everything and above all very clean. Communication with him has always been clear and has always answered any questions. The only thing I give one less star is the area because in the coral port there is very little and you have to get around either in Villaputzu or Muravera . However, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Thank you Antonello

We stayed here as two families with 6 kids total and used both apartments. The garden was perfect area for the kids to play and the terrazzo provided a perfect space to eat outside and relax. We liked having separate sleeping spaces for each family and a communal space for group meals and time together. The walk to the beach was easy and took about 10 minutes. There is a bar on the beach and a small market which has a decent selection of fresh food, prepared foods, and household supplies within walking distance. You will need to drive to restaurants and a larger supermarket.

We had a beautiful vacation at Villa Barastula. The house is ideal for a relaxing stay. Angelo was a special host for attention and courtesy. The villa, in addition to being very clean and well-equipped, is equipped with a wonderful barbecue outside! Thank you very much to Angelo.

Impressive house, almost a small castle with round "towers". Very individual successful architecture. Quietly located in a spacious garden at the end of a dead end road. Beautiful sea view from the balcony. Plenty of indoors and outdoors. The beds were comfortable. Everything is a bit outdated, some shutters couldn't be opened, a rocking chair and a deck chair were broken. Nevertheless, we had a nice time there and would come again. Communication with the host was friendly, quick and helpful. If you can live with the small restrictions mentioned, a recommendation.

These days when Airbnb has become so over-commercialized and finding something that feels genuine is very hard, Julie's place stands out as a real gem. Finalized in 2024, the house is spacious, modern and high-standard, and executed with attention to style, design and detail but also practicality. Julie is one of very few hosts that actually took the time to live in the house herself a few weeks before opening it for bookings, to ensure practicality. The location is remote and secluded, which is what we wanted. Access road is quite rough, something to be aware of if you have a low-clearance vehicle. Swimming pool was not finalized for 2024 due to water shortages in the area, which we thought was a responsible decision by the owners, though it would have been nice to have it. As for the host, Julie is one of the absolute best hosts we’ve met. Responsive, accommodating, generous, helpful and very pleasant, she helped us with lots of arrangements and bookings during our stay.

Great location within walking distance to a lovely beach and many nice eateries. House is big and comfortable with good wifi and TV. Manuel is always available and gave great recommendations.

The villa is delicious! In a quiet location and perfect for touring Arbatax and the surrounding area. Equipped with every comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay. With attention to detail, the garden is the veranda is a real gem! Antonio was very kind and gave us a beautiful welcome and useful tips so that our weekend worked perfectly! We'll definitely be back!!

Accommodation was as described and shown in the photos. Great view of the sea, quiet location, beautiful beach.

Very nice place in good location. Everything clean. There were mosquito screens on most windows. We didn't use the pool because it was too cool. Paola was totally nice and took good care of us. We were also allowed to check in earlier.

We really liked our stay at this house. It is comfortable, clean and got everything you need. It is close to beautiful beaches and you got some nice hikes around. The compound is relaxing and charming. Germano is a great host.

Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

The place was beautifully located with an amazing and relaxing view, even with a busy road. Hosts were every friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is not great and small dogs are a bit aggressive. Overall we would recommend this and come back.
