Were there with a family of 5 for 15 nights and were very satisfied. The apartment is as described, very clean, everything there, well located and has 2 quite new and beautiful bathrooms available. In 5 minutes you can reach the beach on foot, there are shops nearby and the hostess was very friendly.

Perfect location, in a quiet street just 5 minutes walk from Portu Frailis beach. The house is nice, renovated, clean and equipped with everything you need. Also, being a basement apartment the house was always cool during the day, without needing to turn on the air conditioning. Riccardo was a very helpful host, providing info and tips from before we arrived. Recommended!

It was amazing to stay in this lovely apartment close to the beach. We enjoyed it well. And hopefully we will be back soon.

We had a great stay here in Cala Gonone. The apartment was perfect for our needs as a family of four. The location is residential and therefore a walk to the restaurants etc in the town but this meant peace and quiet. It was very clean, a lot more spacious than we had expected and the beds were very comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking in the apartment. The recycling was a bit confusing but these are the local rules so we did our best to follow them! We would definitely return.

The hosts daniela and giorgio were super nice. We got a lot of tips about restaurants, beaches and supermarkets. The place itself was exactly as described. Everything went smoothly and was completely relaxed and also flexible regarding check in/check out. Always happy to come back:)

We stayed at Andrea's place in the preseason. The accommodation is well maintained and clean. From the bed we could see the sea. Andrea has always provided us with lake tips. The contact with him was very straightforward and binding. Highly recommend.

The apartment is very cozy and everything was very clean and smelled good. It is also very quiet. The bed is totally comfortable & the bedding super clean, the bathroom as well, modern and clean. The kitchen is fully equipped! It's a 3-minute walk to the sea and a small mini market is also around the corner. Martha was able to help me with all questions and gave me great tips for the area and local food. Martha's aunt gave us fruit and was also very helpful. All in all, a great place to stay!

We stayed at Monica's apartment for 14 days at the end of Aug 2024 with our two children (6 and 7 years). Monica was always very accessible via messenger for questions before and during our stay. Since Monica was no longer on the island during our vacation, her friendly husband Pietro was on site and took care of various concerns (a squeaky door) very quickly. The apartment was very clean and generously sized, the children loved the bunk bed. There is also a washing machine, which we were allowed to use for an appropriate fee. Particularly noteworthy is that we were provided with two umbrellas and a cooler bag for our activities for free! We were provided with great tips on restaurants or beaches at the beginning. There are beautiful beaches in the immediate vicinity. The nearest is 3 minutes away by car. We were very satisfied all around - thank you to Monica and Pietro!

The apartment is spacious, well designed and decorated. Everything is in working condition and modern. We enjoyed the location because it was in a quiet neighborhood and near a grocery store. It was also easy to find the beaches or go into town for dinner. We also enjoyed coffee on the balcony. A bonus was the online guide provided with extensive information to enhance your visit to the area.

Really great space and view. We enjoyed the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom - that wasn’t obvious for me from the listing, so nice surprise here. Federica and her husband were so helpful with hiking recommendations and also helped us quickly when we needed something for the flat. Would highly recommend!

Great place to stay if you’re spending time in Cala Gonone. Five minutes walk to a beach, close to a grocery store, and twenty minute walk to grab a boat to visit all the beaches in the Gulf of Orosei.

We had a wonderful week at the accommodation! Claudia welcomed us very warmly and was always available when we had questions. Also tips for beaches, supermarkets and restaurants were great. The place was exactly as pictured. Above all, the beautiful terrace was our highlight. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need for cooking. Even the basic supplies for cooking such as olive oil, spices and coffee were available. The beds were very comfortable. The Internet and TV worked perfectly. A beach umbrella was also available. Mario was an excellent host, always quickly accessible, very helpful and friendly. Check-in was hassle-free with a key box. The location was great. Tertenia is easy to reach and the beach nearby is very nice for children. We will be happy to come back. There were shops within walking distance.

Excellent venue with a great jacuzzi, very peaceful and close to the restaurants and sea shore. The host was very responsive and kind with us and helped us during our stay. The beds and bathroom are very good, we would book there again if we had to come back again!

The host lives near by with her family. They were responsive and very nice. The place was clean with an artistic flair. Bari Sardo is not a fancy place. We were not sure it was the right location for us. But after a couple of days we realized it had its charm. It is very authentic and the people are genuine. We celebrated Easter there and felt fortunate to share the event with the locals. Something we won’t forget. Great stay.

The apartment is very comfortable, spacious, clean equipped with great amenities. It is clear that it has recently been renovated and with appreciable choices. It is particularly quiet, in the center of the village and close to the streets that lead to fantastic natural places. The host is very helpful.

We spent four nights in the beautiful place in Baunei, it was perfect throughout. Everything was very high quality and lovingly decorated and designed, we didn't miss anything. We would love to stay longer and would come back anytime. The view from the balcony into the valley was unique.

We were greeted by Agostino in a very friendly, friendly and caring way. The accommodation was very pleasant, charming and well-equipped. The bathroom is great but be careful the hot tub is actually the shower with massage functions, which is a little different but which remains very nice 😊 The accommodation is located in the heart of Dorgali but it is not always easy to park on the street. Friendly small shops around or within a 10 min walk. To do the shopping, a convenient CRAI convenience store is a stone's throw away but if you want to go to a larger store, you have to take the car for only a few minutes. I would highly recommend it!

We were very pleased. The place was clean and modern and the amenities were great. The entire site is very calm and quiet. The outdoor area with the hot tub was huge. Super friendly staff who respond to all requests. We felt very comfortable.
