Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

What a wonderful stay! We very much enjoyed our time in Madrid and felt right at home at Maria Eugenia’s place. It was a great, open space and very comfortable! I would recommend to all! Judith and Tamara were excellent hosts. My flight was delayed and my significant other arrived before me. Tamara met her and helped her get settled in. I understand everything went very smoothly. The unit was as described. it was very clean. The Alcobendas neighborhood was very quiet. It is a ways from downtown Madrid so to do anything downtown requires a drive or an Uber. We chose this area partly because we needed to leave town frequently to travel to another nearby town where my daughter had been living. This was a good compromise. Yhere is a grocery store and some restaurants within walking distance.

Very cool place, decorated with personality. It was ideal for a long weekend with my friends, we had a very good time!

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

Everything was perfect. Nieves and Bruno made us feel like we were at home. They gave us all the facilities and more, both at check-in and check-out. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, clean, tidy, with exquisite decor and in a quiet neighborhood, it has everything. We can't be more grateful!

Super cute terrace was a highlight of the apartment for sure. Overall was a lovely place and central/walkable to many things!

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

Manuel's apartment is beautiful, peaceful, has everything you need, it is a very beautiful area, my husband and I fell in love and felt at home, thank you Manuel and Mauro for your kind attention 💕

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. Fantastic apartment with a beautiful pool! It's in a gorgeous spot close to lovely restaurants but in easy reach of Madrid! The apartment is even better than the photos and we were so warmly greeted it made us feel very cared for! We loved our trip and can highly recommend!

We are a group of friends, we took a weekend to disconnect and it was a success. The house is very spacious, clean and inviting. The garden and pool are a 10. We felt very comfortable and Ruth was very attentive to making sure everything was perfect, she even prepared the pool earlier than usual so we could enjoy it. A delight. We will definitely repeat.

Nice to stay there. The house is small but has everything you can expect. For me, details like coffee or baking paper or albal give me an idea of what they want to offer you, they want you to be comfortable and not miss anything. Mercedes was very friendly and the pool is a very nice addition. We'll be back.

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Carlos was wery respossive, fullfiled our requests, you could relay on him, apartmanet is full of little things you need for everyday

The house is spectacular. We had a great weekend. It's spacious, beautiful, it seems like you're in an Oasis, the truth is that it's a 10. In addition, the service from both Iñigo and the foreman Said was unbeatable, they made us feel at home. We will definitely repeat.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
