I stayed in the apartment for a month, everything was great. Pablo is very polite and attentive host, it was nice to communicate. The view from the balcony to the volcano is spectacular.

The place is 100% recommended, the apartment has everything you need to rest during a nice vacation in Pucón, very clean, tidy, spacious, comfortable, cozy. The condominium is super nice, quiet, very peaceful, very beautiful green areas, easy access and close to downtown Pucón. For his part, Felipe is very attentive, always responds quickly, gives you very clear directions from the first moment, excellent communication. I would definitely stay there when I return to Pucón... Recommended without a doubt.

We have an incredible Franciscan is a love and Isabel who takes care of the cabin and is also there very worried about everything. The place is super close to the village but is in the woods with priceless tranquility. When we arrived Marcelino had us the woods on fire and was warm exquisite. They were all very worried about my guagua because it was really raining the best experience!! We'll be back anyways!

Very good apartment Everything you need for a good and comfortable stay. Evy is very friendly and helpful. We had a mechanical inconvenience with the car and allowed us to leave it at their doorstep for several days while we continued our journey. The neighborhood is very quiet and has places to shop nearby

The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Tarek is a great host, his instructions were very clear and he was very concerned at all times to answer our questions. The refuge is wonderful, always warm with fuel available so you never get cold. The setting is breathtaking, a real connection with the mountain and its natural landscapes. If you're looking to rest peacefully, this is the place. Near the house there are many views, you won't get bored.

Maria Teresa is very kind and flexible with check-in and check-out. Always attentive to our needs and inquiries. The calefont did not work very well for us, as did the heating. However, it was a good stay and we had a good weekend!

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, it was very clean and with an exquisite aroma at the time of entry. We contacted Vicente to enter at night and the Check In was very simple, with all the steps very clear. We were struck by the spaciousness of the American kitchen table which allowed us to cook with very good space. Comfortable beds, impeccable bathrooms, everything clean and for immediate use. The location we love, quickly you reach the center of Pucón and better yet at the volcano. Definitely highly recommended and we will be back!!

A quiet environment, ideal for resting and disconnecting. The apartment has a very nice and cozy decor. It was impeccably clean and the aroma upon entering was very pleasant, which made the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, I would recommend it and would come back enchanted.
