Harry responded to all our questions and inquiries in a friendly manner, attentive to anything. We would definitely go again, and the environment is very quiet, safe and beautiful. The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically whatever you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the tub on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Good host, we had very good communication, he responded quickly to our questions. The place is spacious, in terms of distance, 10 minutes from downtown walking. Inside we found everything we needed.

Sebastián is a great host, responds quickly and guides you in everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were surprised with amenities upon arrival, such as a box of alfajores, a delicious coffee and an artisanal Entrelagos cake. The apartment was clean, good quality sheets and towels. The condo is very quiet, easy to get to, leave, return. It has a good clubhouse with games, a gym, a gazebo, etc. The pool is spacious, clean and safe. We liked the tranquility, the orderliness of the place, the friendliness of the concierge, etc. It's close to all the entertainment on the volcano.

We went for an emergency medical issue, it is close to the hospital, they welcomed us very well. i was very compliant.

Well-designed house with everything working well. Good common areas, dining room, living room and terrace, we could have used more space on one side of the lake. The surroundings are very nice and the lake is not very crowded. Good destination and highly recommended.

Very comfortable and well located house. Close to a supermarket and a few minutes away from the beach. The condo is very safe and quiet. The house's equipment is perfect for 6 people, we had everything we needed. Mario was always attentive to inquiries and requests. As a host, he is highly recommended.
