Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Arapahoe County

The Airbnb at 6081 S. Spotswood was the perfect home for our Birthday celebration. Family members came from several states for our get together and the accommodations were ideal. From the beautiful kitchen layout to the fantastic backyard, complete with a fire pit and waterfall, everyone had a place to be entertained. The sleeping arrangements were just right - the 2 downstair bedrooms were clean and ready to use while the upstairs primary suite was amazing - we enjoyed the 2-way gas log fireplace, the comfortable king bed, and the large soaking tub. All in all, we couldn't have chosen a better location for our stay.

While visiting our family in Colorado, Cherry Creek is the perfect location for us. It was very comfortable staying in Cathy's house. The location is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of parking on the street. The house was very clean, uncluttered, and nicely furnished. The pods for morning coffee were fully stocked. We really enjoyed perfect Colorado evenings outside by the fire pit and the herb garden of basil, chives, and thyme, were great additions to a quick salad or omelet.

The home was very inviting and clean. had a fantastic time during our stay will definitely book again if avalible in the future!

This is a great spot in Denver and the hosts were super accommodating, as our group experienced travel complications. The place itself if very spacious and full of areas to gather and use. We slept 11 comfortably (if you don’t mind pull out sofas and comfy couches). The amenities are spectacular! Between the hot tub, sauna and every other little detail this place was an ideal destination for a large group to come and enjoy. My only negative comment is that the water pressure and hot water were very inconsistent and unpredictable but still nothing to deter us from giving this a 5 star review.

This was one of my favorite ABB stays ever! Such a great house. Everything was easy, comfortable and clean. We would buy this house if we could! My whole family enjoyed the game room, amazing yard, and great kitchen. It had everything we needed and more!

Great stay at James’ place. Great neighborhood and location close to hiking trails and parks. While it’s near the highway the house is very well insulated and you hardly notice the noise.

This was one of our favorite Air B and B stays! The location is perfect - a short couple of blocks walking to shops and restaurants and an AMAZING Sunday farmers market. The home itself was very comfortable. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen is well stocked and everything felt clean. We moved our son into DU and this stay was the perfect transition from home to Denver to dorm. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in hammock chair swings to read a book and eating breakfast on the back porch at the patio table. Courtney was an attentive and proactive host. Overall really, really nice experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Brad and Kami's home was perfect for our family. It gave each of us a room with an adult bed and plenty of space to spread out. The house had everything you would need, and it had clear instructions on everything to make it simple and hassle free. The communication from them was super responsive and we appreciated their kindness. If we ever have another event in Denver that requires our stay, we will absolutely book this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

I was in Denver to take care of family things and Daniella's place was just the place to work and then to unwind and recharge. The bed was perfect, the water pressure in the shower was delightful, plenty of coffee, in a quiet, comfortable space. Daniella was very responsive and supportive as I had to change my plans. I can recommend this Daniella and her space, and I would stay there again.

Great place, highly recommend

This place was a fantastic find that met all of our needs for the week. The walk-up basement was furnished just as described and shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable and the huge bathroom was really nice. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard space was wonderful for our little chihuahua! I highly recommend this place!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was much more spacious than we imagined from the pictures, very clean, well-appointed, and had lots of nice touches, like the tea tree oil shampoo and the Mrs. Meyer's soaps (one of my favorites), as well as plenty of Keurig options. We felt very safe in the location as well. The furnishings are comfortable too. We were close to our nephew and were able to walk to many restaurants and coffee shops. Daniel and Anna are very helpful and responsive hosts. The off-street parking was convenient! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Denver!

I had an amazing stay at Emily’s. The place looks exactly like photos and private enough. I liked that there’s a lot of natural light and plenty of space. You could hear a train during the day sometimes but I haven’t heard it during the night and slept very peacefully. There’s couple of great restaurants nearby, seem like local favorites (Italian restaurant and a brewery). Definitely recommend, especially if you’re going to Red Rocks, as it’s in a close proximity.

We enjoyed the location and coziness of this space. We will probably book this space again soon.
