Condo vacation rentals in Arakawa City

Este espacio me gustó mucho por varias razones: La atención fue excelente ya que contestaron rápido y claro y las instrucciones que dan son bastantes entendibles. La limpieza del espacio cuando llegamos era impecable. La ubicación es bastante buena ya que estás muy cerca del Skytree y es conveniente para salir o llegar del aeropuerto de Narita. Además está tranquila la zona y está bien conectada con estaciones del metro/tren y lugares para caminar. Recomiendo mucho este espacio acogedor.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Residence Condominium KALAHAAI and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The hotel is conveniently located just a quite short walk from the station, and it was easy to find using Google Maps. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the spacious and spotlessly clean room. I had one of the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had, thanks to the comfortable bed. The building feels brand new, and a fresh design that adds to the overall experience. Randor and his assistants were incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I checked in. I highly recommend The Residences Condominium KALAHAAI to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Tokyo area. I can’t wait to come back!

Lovely stay, great communication from the host. Good location walking distance to multiple stations. Perfect for a solo traveler. Very clean and check in/check out was very easy.

Easy subway access to popular places like Ginza and Shibuya. Location is in a relatively quiet neighborhood, liked it a lot because we wanted to be away from the busy part of Tokyo. The rental is very well maintained, comfortable, and communication was excellent. Would definitely return.

Beihoa's place was fantastic. The location is close to the Yamanote line, but not so close that it is noisy or crowded. There are lots of places to eat, grocery stores and 7-11s(3) in the neighborhood. We also found a Don Quiote near by...which we went to at 2 am thanks to jet lag. Beihao was very quick to respond and offered suggestions if we needed help. The Yamanote line is very easy to navigate and I strongly suggest a Pasmo or Suica card. The condo is located very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya...super fun places to visit. The condo is clean, full of light and big by Japanese standards. I would definitely return here!! Thank you Beihoa for helping to make our visit amazing!!! My son and I fell in love with Japan!❤️

It was great place near the station. And lots of convenience store near the place. It was on 3rd floor so we had a hard time bringing up our suitcases. All in all, it was a nice experience

Great location and funky flat. Close to tube station and on a buzzy street that’s not noisy when you’ve closed the door. Cosy and homely you can cook some bits and bobs if you need or pop out and get something local Billy even offered to come over and show me how to work the washing machine!

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Loved staying here. Probably the best airbnb choice I've made throughout my entire Asia trip this year! Not only was the location in a prime spot, between 2 accessible stations, it was near a great selection of food, convenience stores, and a Don Quijote. My favorite thing about it was the amount of separate bathrooms and showers, big enough for our group of 6 people to utilize without waiting on each other to finish. The hosts were great communicators and very sweet, they understood our travel needs and were able to accommodate us for a few hours early to ensure we didn't have to carry our luggage the entire day before we could fully check-in. Would definitely come back to this airbnb again for a future vacation! Rooms were big enough to have your luggage spread out, also a cozy living room to gather and talk with friends before the day begins. Love, love, loveeeeed our stay!

Siamo stati benissimo, l’alloggio è davvero molto carino e si trova vicinissimo alla stazione di Higashinakano (a due fermate da Shinjuku, a una da Nakano). I dintorni sono carinissimi, Higashinakano è uno dei posti più belli e autentici che abbiamo visitato a Tokyo. Hanako è stata un’host super disponibile, gentile e reattiva, grazie di tutto! Se dovessimo tornare a Tokyo valuteremo senz’altro di tornare qui!

This Airbnb was the cleanest I’ve ever stayed at. The sheets and pillow cases were brand new and you can tell the owner puts a lot of effort into making every part of the house spotless and aesthetically pleasing. It also had everything you need including office supplies, a kettle, first aid, a rice cooker, and toiletries. The AC in both bedrooms were powerful and great after a long hot day. The host is very responsive, kind, and helpful. It was only a 10 minute walk from the nearest train station, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. My group of 4 stayed here for one whole week, and we definitely would recommend this place to others visiting Japan for the first time. :)

環境很漂亮，客廳可以打開行李箱，樓中樓佈置的很舒服。缺點是上鋪頭容易撞到，建議可以貼海綿膠條！地點就在池袋下一站而已，所以很方便。

Little comfortable room with everything you need.

Eric’s place is located in a local neighborhood that is extremely well connected, being on circular Yamanote line means you get easily to anywhere without a need to change lines (30min train ride to Shibuya and 15min to Ginza). Despite it is 5min walk to the train station, we found the place quiet and slept very well. The place is simple, small, as usual flats in Tokyo, yet well arranged, the wooden furniture feels cozy. Eric is responsive and I found his directions to check-in/-out brilliant. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to come back to a cozy home after spending day by exploring Tokyo.

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and you likely will be one of the few travelers. There is a convenient supermarket as well as the subway 2 mins away. The place was as described and perfect for what I needed. I will warn that the stairs are very steep. I had a carry on suitcase and a backpack, so I was fine with it. However, it is something to note for others I am sure. The host was incredibly response and the given instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I would 100% stay here again.
