Yet, there are many famous and well-known local restaurants that some of them are on Michelin Guide. You can find authentic and well-established restaurants and shops for almost everything; Sushi, grilled meat, Japanese soba, Yakitori, Fugu, Sashimi, Tonkatsu, Sukiyaki, Oden, Ramen, Japanese style bars, local sweets, and even French and Western dishes.
