A stone's throw away from ski lessons, the start of the cable car of the Grand Massif and the rail sled. You take off your shoes right in front of the residence with access to the lockers and elevator. Ski rental 200 m away and village center 600 m away. No need to take the car or shuttle. Come and enjoy our charming renovated ground floor accommodation in a chalet of only two apartments located in Le Lays a stone's throw from the ski bus, and 1 km from the center of the village of Les Carroz d 'Arâches. In a very quiet area, set back from the national road and unobstructed. Easily accessible on foot, the leisure base and the Aquacîme pool. Since December 2025 the shuttle service has been strengthened, even outside the school holidays many shuttles serve the chalet.
