I had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in and providing helpful local recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Anjuna. Iwould definitely stay here again.

Creo que una isla local como Dhiffushi, es una manera perfecta para conocer las Maldivas de verdad, conocer a sus gente, la amabilidad de todo el mundo y sus excelentes playas y un mar fabuloso. We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Idyllic location, great host, extreme value for money. Best Goa visit ever! First off, Mario is a great host. He was really helpful in getting the location. He also made the lunch for us when we arrived, and he's a great cook. He also had interesting stories to share. The place is a renovated ancestral villa. There are original stonewalls with the weathered rock still in place. It's very well equipped. There are mattresses and comforters etc. And the beds are arranged in three lofts and two rooms. The view from the upper deck is amazing. A few roofs around and then trees as far as the eye can see! We spent many an evening there, looking out at the unending expanse of trees that spreads as far out as the tallest hill in the distance and then the sky. Also, Chapora river is nearby. About 30 minutes walk. Or 5 minutes drive. The site is pristine and Mario can arrange for Kayaks. That was the best experience of Goa I'd had in all my visits (and that includes a Taj Exotica stay). The river channel is unbroken and serene. Can be a little tricky since it's not cemented. Lastly, again about the host - he kept the fridge full of things to eat and cook with. Also checked if anything was required. Can't praise the guy enough. We had a medical emergency on the last evening of our stay. His long experience of hospitality industry was critically useful. He arranged an ambulance for us and made sure we got good assistance timely. I wish more people would get to use his incredible expertise at hospitality. Now I know where to go next time I go to Goa. Some points to note :- The approach route can be a little tricky. For reference, remember - take a left at Lady Victory church, then right at Angel bunglow, and a right at the panchayat. There are dogs in the houses along the way which can be a little difficult at night. Carry a stick and a flashlight with you. And most importantly, when in doubt, call Mario!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Villa during my visit to Goa, and it was nothing short of amazing! The villa boasts good, clean, and well-maintained rooms with a comfortable and inviting ambiance. The washrooms are spotless and hygienic , which added to the overall comfort of the stay. It’s equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for, including a modular kitchen, making it perfect for both short and extended stays. The spacious sitting area is a great spot to relax and unwind with family or friends. What sets this villa apart is its lucarative location . It’s conveniently located, providing easy access to all the exotic places in Goa, making sightseeing and exploring a breeze. A special mention to the wonderful hosts, Juwel and Diviya, and the house in-charge Surekha ji, who were extremely helpful and cooperative. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommend.

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

This place for me is a 5/5 a must consider if u looking for a stay or even workation @ south goa the warmth offered by Sunil and others, the way they make u feel at home is a feeling like none other. this place is located so close to the beach, and very close to the bus stop @ canacona. they also offer amazing help wrt bike hire, laundry etc it's literally like staying with a group of friends very warm folks and a really charming stay waiting to be back der

Must visit

The place is really nice and cozy. We had a lovely stay of 4 nights and 5 days. It has lots of greenery and the mornings look beautiful. It is very near to the Palolem beach. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you can order food from outside. The manager and the other staffs are very friendly and helpful. The ambience is very calm and serene. There is a good shopping lane outside the hotel, Palolem Beach is one of the best beaches in South Goa.

Great location, not smack on the beach but one step away - across a single lane road from the beach. Less than a minute’s walk and we are on the beach. Friendly hosts and superb food - that one beat all expectations! Very accessible place for activities as well.

It's an outstanding place, quiet and inviting to relax. The pool is perfect for refreshing. Nature all around! In the morning you hear and see many different bird. The restaurant allows a view to the fields and the river. We will come back again to this place.

All I can see is absolutely breathtaking! The photos do not do it enough justice! I would highly recommend this start. Wonderful from start to finish
