Family-friendly vacation rentals in Arabian Ranches

We easily found the house, everything went smoothly and quickly at the reception. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is everything that was in the description - I was pleased with the water, tea, coffee and sweets! We were a group of four - 2 adults/2 children, everyone was happy. The pool on the property is large and clean, my husband went to the gym a couple of times, he is also satisfied. Beautiful view, good price! We will definitely come back to you.

Very good apartment,location is good ,nearby the metro ,nice community and very friendly staff . The apartment is clean ,simple but you will have all the things that you need . I love the sofa bed that can be a good spot to relax ,watch tv and can rest properly. I will surely come back in this apartment and will recommend it to my friends . Good choice .

Stayed in many apartments in the Marina and this one was by far the best, great access to Marina and JBR. Khadija's was an excellent host, super responsive and couldn't do enough for me. Would highly recommend.

This stay has been an absolute dream. The apartment is so nicely decorated, with ample storage and appliances, the best location in JBR in terms of access to both JBR, the beach, and the Marina. I felt at home! I particularly enjoyed the seating areas in the living room and balconies. At the Plaza level (one level up the street), you have access to a nice pool, gym, supermarkets, pharmacies, spas and salons, even a medical clinic. Incredibly convenient! Adriana is an amazing host! She was incredibly responsive and helpful. Thanks to her guidance, my arrival and checkin was seamless, and she checked on me periodically to make sure my stay was going well. I am so thankful that Adriana shared this property on AirBnB and I am already looking forward to coming back, “inshallah”!

The view was amazing! Loved that the place is close to the beach & restaurants and has an outdoor pool which my kids preferred because it was warmer than the sea water at that time. The building was surrounded by kid & teen friendly entertainment spots (ex: esports, laser games), 24-hr grocery store, pharmacy & a bar with billiards. The only thing that’s not good about the area was the heavy traffic but other than that, it’s close to perfect! I definitely recommend staying at this sea-themed cozy apartment. We’ll definitely be back!

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment in Dubai Marina. Stunning marina view from the living room and the small balcony in the bedroom. Very easy check in, the staff of the building are very friendly. Highly recommended!

The host, Anna, and her representative, Adeel, were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay. Adeel, in particular, was always just a message away—any request we had was promptly addressed, making our stay smooth and stress-free. The house itself was beautifully located and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need. All appliances were in perfect working condition, and the space was both comfortable and welcoming. Our child especially loved the stay—thanks to the proximity to the beach and the availability of kids' activities nearby. The convenience of having grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and even online food and grocery delivery services all within walking distance made our trip even more enjoyable. This place truly offers a perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. We strongly recommend it

Thank you so much for the beautiful apartment. 3 adults and two children 9 and 3 years old had a great rest. There were enough sleeping places for everyone. There is everything you need to cook in the kitchen. We used everything, everything worked. There was enough dishes for 5 people, but for variety you can add cutlery and glasses. Large refrigerator. At the request, we replaced the kettle and added an additional dryer for laundry. The location is the best in Marina. Go down the escalator and you immediately get to the ring in front of the beach. The residential complex has several swimming pools. One is early from 6:30 am and there is an evening one until 09:00 pm. Beach view. Great gym, there is a separate time for women to visit. Supermarket just a few steps away with everything you need. Thank you very much Zhanara, everything was done on her part for 5 stars.
