Beach house vacation rentals in Apulia

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Hôte disponible, attentionné et très gentil! Logement authentique et très bien placé en plein coeur du centre historique, près des commerces et restaurants. C’est vivant! Et on profite malgré tout du calme dans cette petite ruelle. Un séjour réussi dans les Pouilles, une magnifique région!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit einem unglaublichen Meerblick, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Von hier aus kann man die Küste gut erkunden. Supermärkte haben wir in Nachbarorten gefunden. Vielen Dank an unseren Gastgeber für die wunderschönen Tage in der modernen Wohnung.

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

Wir kamen wegen Verspätung unseres Fluges spätabends an. Cosimo's Eltern haben uns trotzdem sehr, sehr herzlich empfangen, sich sehr viel Zeit genommen uns alles zu zeigen und uns sogar noch eine Pizza besorgt. Das Haus ist perfekt, schön ruhig, bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Es war alles an Grundausstattung da, was man braucht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, modern und praktisch eingerichtet und mit vielen kleinen durchdachten Details ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr großzügig und bietet viel Schatten. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, und unter der Woche waren keine Leute da. Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche.

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We arrived the evening that Verizon telecommunications went down so we had no way to contact Maricina. We were to contact her by the AirBnB app but we were unable to do that because of the outage. Fortunately she was there waiting for us and we really appreciate that. She also suggested activities and gave us good instructions. I can see why she has earned super host status. The apartment has a sense of style and there is plenty of room for all your belongings. Also the appliances are very modern. We loved it!

This place is like a time capsule 100 years back. Set right on the beach, amazing property with great views of the sea. Would definitely stay here again. Only problem was that WiFi was not working as internet lines were down and our phone reception was minimal too, so we had hard time connecting with friends/family or even things like streaming music and planning our trips to surrounding towns. The host is great and very responsive.

L’appartement est magnifique et très confortable. L’atmosphère est très paisible, l’énergie est reposante, la terrasse qui donne sur la mer est grande et agréable. En somme, on se sent bien dans cet appartement ! Et la vue est splendide ! Vous pourrez accéder facilement à tous les endroits magnifiques qu’offre le Salonto. Très facile de se garer en bas de la maison. Marta est extrêmement gentille et donne de très bons conseils ! N’hésitez pas, vous serez très bien là.

Enea ist immer erreichbar und hilft, wennman ihn benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen, ruhig, nahe dem wunderbaren Meer. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und auch für Familien mit kleinen Kindern bestens geeignet.

Super hôtes. Marta et Stefano ont été de supers hôtes. Attentifs et proactifs à nos besoins. L’accueil était parfait. Des petites attentions qui font plaisirs. On ressent des personnes bienveillantes et très attentionnées sans être intrusives. La qualité du logement décoré avec tellement bon goût a été un vrai plaisir à vivre. L’accès direct à la piscine naturelle et à la grotte étaient vraiment à portée de pas. Un vrai rêve éveillé. Le tout était incroyable et merveilleux. Nous recommanderons à notre famille et nos amis et nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

Ottima villetta in una posizione strategica Vicinissima alle spiagge più belle di torre dell’orso, baia dei turchi, torre specchia San foca, grotta della poesia, faraglioni di Sant’Andrea . La villetta indipendente, si trova all’interno di una specie di piccolo villaggio con altre case simili ed a piedi è possibile raggiungere una piazzetta con macelleria market tabacchi edicola ecc. Vicina anche al centro di Otranto e di Lecce. La casa è molto bella e grande, noi eravamo in 4, (due coppie) e sono disponibili due bagni e due stanze separate. ha tutto l’occorrente (aria condizionata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie e prodotti per la pulizia) , la doccia esterna è top, idem il barbecue. Il check in e che out con Natali sono andati molto bene, all’ arrivo ci ha consigliato spiagge/posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. La comunicazione con lei e Orsi (che non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere) è stata ottima. Siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti :)

Tutto meraviglioso casa stupenda,propietario super disponibile gentilissimo,un oasi di pace posizione comodissima per sposarsi in pochi minuti si arriva ad Otranto e alle spiagge. Che dire grazie Luca di averci fatto sentire a casa a presto

Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente a ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliato per chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e pratico per un soggiorno in città.

The apartment also is stunning, big plus the large terrace with shower on the roof top, the courtyard was great for breakfast and the aircon was a blessing as it was a really hot week! Wonderful home, beautifully decorated, could not ask for more and will definitely be back!

We had the most amazing stay- the only bad thing was that it ended!! Antonio is a communicative and friendly host, and was very accommodating to our late check in time. the apartment is in perfect location and has everything you need. Thank you very much- we will be back!

Il soggiorno a Santa Maria al Bagno è stato impeccabile, così come il signor Claudio, simpatico e sempre disponibile; l'alloggio pulitissimo ed in una posizione strategica, dall'appartamento si ammiravano tramonti stupendi, vicinissimo a tanti servizi ed al mare;

Angela was beyond helpful. We showed up late and she met us, reserved a parking spot for us, and from the time we got in she made us feel at home. She had a high chair, bath, and crib for our baby. Not only would I recommend her, but I would encourage friends and family to visit Monopoli. Simply an amazing trip and we have Angela to thank.

A great place to stay in Monopoli! We loved our time here. The location is perfect to easily walk to everything, and we were able to park our rental car a few easy blocks away for free. It was a perfect base from which to explore other nearby towns - Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Ostuni, etc. The apartment was very clean, neat and comfortable. The king-sized bed was SUPER comfortable, and the AC was really nice after full days of walking and driving in the heat. Our very favorite part was having an aperitivo every evening on the wonderful roof terrace before heading out for dinner. It was pretty heavenly. The host is very responsive and nice also. We absolutely recommend this apartment!
