Such a unique place in a picturesque rural setting, a piece of Japanese heaven in the middle of Hampshire area. Located close to Winchester, it is ideally situated for country walks and pursuits. The property is peaceful and private, the mill is stunning build over a river, such a stunning romantic oasis. Good for the soul if you want to recharge your battery in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The host's attention to details is impressive and everything looked and felt authentic, including the vintage Japanese screens and all furniture and decorations. I would highly recommend if you want to disconnect from everyday life and recharge! I'm planning to come back!!

The house was very clean and tidy and felt homely and cosy. The village is beautiful and peaceful, just right if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing time. With a big kitchen and two bathrooms, this is a perfect space for a family to stay. Gilly is a very friendly and helpful host. We would definitely stay there again.

The Bullpen was a great location for a weekend away with a friend and our children. Beautifully decorated with luxurious touches and very comfortable. The kitchen was well provisioned, we cooked a meal and enjoyed a movie night on the huge comfy sofa with big TV screen. The weather was wild but we managed a walk up to the White Horse (drove from our accomodation).

Really great caravan in a great location, Sandy Balls has loads to do and very close to some great trails in the new forrest. we had a great weekend away and had some lovely trail rides. The caravan is exactly what you want for a weekend off the grid, there is no cell signal or wifi in the caravan so expect a weekend with the kids off the screens, absolutely perfect.

Very pleasant stay in the Cotswold the home was very clean and easily hosted 8 adults. Plenty of things to do and the free spa access was a welcome surprise! Definitely stay again

The Avon lodge was the perfect retreat for a relaxing couple of days in the countryside. The house was beautiful, cosy, and spotless and we will definitely be returning. A bonus was our lovely host Carole, bringing us fresh pastries for breakfast in the morning which were delicious!

Amazing stay in the New Forest, house was perfect for us (family of 4 with young children and a dog), with plenty of room inside and out as well as beautiful surroundings with ponies and donkeys right outside which was magical for the children. The local area is great for walking and cycling and there is a charming pub just down the road. The house is warm, clean and tidy with white fresh linen as well as a delicious gift of bread and jam on arrival. we will definitely be back again later in the year.
