Centrally located in Winterton comfortable for a singleton, couple or couple with child with a host of food outlets, pubs and shops conveniently located on your doorstep. Only 25mins from Humberside Airport. This compact self catering annexe is within the grounds of a family home with outside seating available to enjoy. Please note there are resident Cockerpoos on the grounds. We are pet-friendly and welcome well-behaved small dogs (one per stay only). Secure on-site parking for motorbikes.

Stylish and comfortable this 3 bedroom home sleeps 5 and is a real home from home. Brand new fitted kitchen and newly renovated throughout you are sure to have a great stay. The shower attachment is not high pressure so suitable for rinsing as a handheld only.

Our cosy little house is in the centre of the village of Messingham. There’s lots of pubs and eateries within walking distance. We have an Indian, Thai, Italian & dog friendly pubs with live music, hairdressers, beauty salons, a bakery & food shops. A short drive away there’s a Nature reserve, play barn, golf, tennis, fishing & a little zoo as well as Blyton ice cream & racetrack. A little stream with ducks is in the next village. We welcome families, couples, business people & contractor’s.
