Fenced yard for small pet (no more that 30 lbs accepted with fee). Enjoy the sunset from enclosed porch. Roku TV & wi-fi available. Two bdrm, bath, laundry on main floor. The home is located 55 miles north of Columbus by Knox Lake. This home is close to ArielFoundation Park, Mohican State Park, Mid-Ohio Racing, Kenyon College, Mt. Vernon Nazarene University, and Apple Valley Golf Course and Mansfield Good place for family and friends to fish. There is a Splash Pad in town for children. In Mount Vernon, 15minutes away there is Hiawatha Waterpark. There is a fee. Family Reunions are Welcome. Great place to get away, read a book, sit by a fire and relax
