In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

There is the winegrowing cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor swimming pool with mini golf course. The physical well-being is also not shorted in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

The Black Forest National Park is only 20 minutes away. The cottage is equipped to a high standard, in winter the pellet stove burns with a cozy flame, A seat on the winery property invites you to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset.

Behind the railway line (5-minute walk) you will find a small stream, fields, forest and meadows.
