Έχει υπεροχη θεα στο Αιγαιο πελαγος, τα Κυκλαδίτικα νησιά και ιδιαίτερα την Ανατολη του ηλιου να ξεχωριζει!! Διαθετει ιδιωτικο χωρο σταθμευσης και wifi . Η Χωρα και το λιμανι του Μεριχα απεχουν γυρω στα 15 λεπτα με το αυτοκίνητο και ο παραδοσιακός οικισμός Δρυοπιδας περίπου στα 5 λεπτά. Αρκετες παραλιες βρισκονται σε κοντινή αποστάση οπως οι παραλιες της Κανάλας, τα Φλαμπουρια, οι Λευκες,το Ζογκακι,Σκυλου,Αγιος Νικολας,Γαιδουρομαντα κ.α. Το λεωφορειο της γραμμης Μεριχας-Δρυοπιδα-Καναλα περναει απ'εξω απο το οικημα. The location of room in Kythnos is an area where the locals call "Roudia". Actually in this area you are in centre of island and you can visit by driving 5-10 mins a variety of villages and beaches! In distance 3km away from Dryopida and 4km from Kanala you are far from any pressure and noise , with a beautiful view in Agean sea and some of the nearest greek islands.We recommend at least 1 day to wake up early and enjoy the view of sunrise in front of you. It is available free parking for each visitor and free wifi. Chora and the port of Merichas are in distance about 15min by driving and in close distance there is also many beaches like Kanala, Flabouria, Leukes, Skilou, Gaidoromantra,Agios Nikolaos.

The Weaver's house The Weaver House

Our house was built in 2010 following the architecture of the houses of Chora Kythnos. It is 75sqm, consists of living room, dining room, kitchen, one bathroom with shower (ground floor), loft with sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, terrace and terrace. It also has a small storage room and auxiliary space with a washing machine. With a privileged location since it is located a few meters away from the main road of Chora with all the shops but at the same time in a calm neighborhood.

A private balcony features two modern black chairs and a small round table, designed for relaxation. A wooden plant stand holding greenery is positioned in one corner. The space is framed by bamboo fencing, providing a sense of intimacy and barrier from the surroundings.

We are located on the east side of the island of Kythnos, between Kalo Livadi and Lefkes. Our lodging offers amazing views of the Aegean Sea as well as access to a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is only 80m away from the main house, and is a 5 minute descent of pathway and cement stairs. It is usually very peaceful, with only a handful of visitors resting under the two big trees, thus giving the impression of a private beach even in the heart of August.

Marina, our host, was very friendly and a good communicator - especially so in English. The room we had was perfect and just as described. It was a 1 minute walk down into the town and the beach where we had plenty of options to eat and relax. The ferry arrival is just around the corner - maybe a 3 minute walk which was excellent for us. Couldn’t be better! Perfect place.

The house is in great spot, next to the center and yet quite without noises from the restaurants and the bars. Very clean and beautiful inside with a beautiful terrace. Nikos - the host was very friendly and responsive in all my messages. Definetly will choose it again, in my next visit in Kythnos.

What can we say about this stay!!!! The property is in a great location with breathtaking views where you can enjoy great sunsets. The place IS amazing!!!! Everywhere you notice a simple luxury and you understand how taste every object has been placed inside the space. The owners have given their best!!! And amenities are beyond expectations. Psathi is even more beautiful than the photos! Lovely made, this traditional house has all that you need and is very comfortable. Antigone is very sweet and friendly! The location is amazing, 4 minutes walk from the restaurants and cafes, and at the same time remains peaceful. We will for sure visit again! Kythnos is a beautiful island! Thank you!
