Vacation rentals with beach access in Aparecida Beach

We had a great experience during our stay! The apartment is extremely clean, well arranged and very fragrant, which made all the difference upon arrival. The location is also excellent, making it very easy for us to get around. The host, Jussara, was super attentive and always responded quickly, solving any questions with agility. It all worked perfectly and we had no problem. I recommend Jussara's apartment without hesitation. Definitely a great choice.

Kind and helpful hostess. Apartment with excellent location, completely renovated and very well equipped. Free parking, however, at a distance of approximately 150 meters from the building, since there are no parking spaces for the apartments, only for loading and unloading. At check-out time it was raining and we had to get the car in the rain and likewise, store the luggage in the car in the rain. Apart from the parking problem, the rest is perfect!

The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

The co-host and the housekeeper were super attentive, the house was clean and organized, with sheets and towels washed, and it was just like the photos. We intend to return soon.

The whole stay was amazing. Léo always quick to answer our questions, check-in and super quiet checkout. The house is great, it has a great structure and super complete, we don't miss anything. Near the market, bakery and beautiful and quiet beaches (thing of 7 minutes walking very quietly).

This place is a hidden gem and I hope it never changes. Prepare for a walk from your car but once you arrive you’ll never want to leave. Well, first of all I don't even know what I liked most, whether it was the property or the charisma and friendliness of the hosts, I travel a lot and I've never seen a host as kind as Samir 👏 Right from the start, they made check-in and check-out flexible, which for us was PERFECT and they always responded to us very quickly. ABOUT THE HOUSE: sensational, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, I didn't miss absolutely anything, it even has drinking water and ice in the kitchen every day. The mattresses are comfortable, very clean bath towels, new soaps in all the en-suites, complete bedding and excellent quality furniture. SAFETY: 10 stars, we went to the beach and left the whole house open and didn't even touch the doors, The condominium is super quiet, we only heard the sound of birds. We will certainly return. Gratitude❤️

I loved my stay in this space, an excellent place to spend a few days in Santos, close to everything and facing the beach, my husband and I were extremely pleased and even wanting to move there hahaha, we will return for sure!
