the studio apartment is excellent, easy to find, it's really a cozy place. The hostess is always willing, the place surprised me by being extremely airy (sometimes the places are closed) the windows open, the smell of the clean home environment....impeccable. I want to go back and recommend it.

We love the apartment! It is in a historic building, built in 1950, listed by the Cultural Heritage of Santos. Despite its age, it is very well preserved. The condominium is well organized, the staff very polite. The location is perfect! The apartment is very nice, well decorated, with good quality utensils and furniture. The rooms are spacious, well-lit and everything was extremely clean. Facing the sea is a great privilege, especially for those who like to see the huge ships entering or leaving the port. The parking space is not private, it is rotating, just like most buildings in Santos. When we arrived the garage was full so we left the car on the side street, in the building's own parking spaces. This area has cameras and is secure. Unfortunately, during this period there was a very strong storm, with a large volume of water and many garages and streets flooded. At the building, the valets were efficient and removed the cars. Thank you for everything Maria!

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable.
