There is a gas grill, table, umbrella, and lounge chairs for your enjoyment in the enclosed courtyard. You may run into me outside gardening and such. *NOT BEACHFRONT!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s place! The house was spotless, super quiet, and really cute—just as described. Tracy’s instructions were very clear, which made check-in a breeze, even though we arrived late. She was so supportive and accommodating, and we truly appreciated her flexibility. The location is fantastic—so close to Tallahassee, yet surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Went for mother's day weekend, It rained a lot but we still had a great time, we went to Port St Joe Beach Saturday and Sunday. Very nice restaurants. The house is very nice and well equipped. My dog loves the house so much, that we tried to take him to beach and he just went back to his bed and laid down..

I took my kids to stay at Amber's place for my son's graduation celebration trip, ranging in age from 7-23 and we all had an amazing time, as our trip was drawing to an end we even added an extra night with no problem at all, the beds were very comfy, the water stayed very hot even between all of us taking showers the entire visit, we used the local boat ramp to bring our own boat and easily tied it off at the houses dock. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay! The ice maker on the refrigerator did not work, and I'm not including that in this review as a negative. just an informative so you know to bring your own ice, it did not effect our trip in any way at all, we just got bagged ice! We enjoyed our time together here so much, I can not thank Amber enough for sharing her home with myself, my family and others to experience the beauty tucked away in Altha!

This was a great place for us because I was there to visit my daughter for a couple of days. I was disappointed that the water is not actually visible from the little place but I didn’t have time for the water anyway. It’s a clean place and pretty quiet, the pool table was a fun thing to do in the evenings. I would recommend Gina’s place.

Only hiccup was that GPS (google maps) took me to the side street and into someone's backyard. Confusing for a bit. But that is NOT Eric's fault. The house is on the main street 100 feet beyond where gps told me to turn. The house looks newly built. 1.5 mile from ocean inlet and 7 miles to Atlantic ocean front on the island. Also, just up the road there are two five mile long beautiful bridges going in diff directions. One to St George Island and the other to Apalachicola.
