Beachfront vacation rentals in Apalachee Bay

We decided to take this family trip because we all had a rough year. I can't say enough great things about this place!! Just the 4 days we stayed was so healing and relaxing. We would definitely give this one 5 Stars. We had kids attached to the dock due to the fishing being so great and the bait shop being so close it was very convenient. We had to MAKE them leave and go to the beach! It was amazing!! Best family vacation we have ever had!! Also the kitchen was fully stocked as were the bathrooms and laundry rooms. Plenty of sheets and pillows as well. Definitely will be back!!

What an amazing stay. The location could not be more blissful. The house has literally everything you could want and the view is stunning. I will be planning my next trip as soon as possible. This place is truly special and Rachel is a tremendous host!

The pictures didn't do justice! It was more spacious and open than I expected. Caught a flounder, and striped Bass. Kitchen was fully stocked and even had seasonings. The grocery store was about 25/30 minutes away ( publix & walmart) we wished we would have stopped on the way in. We went to Angelo's waterfront restaurant 3 miles away and it was great! We visited alligator point and always few other places, but honestly 3 days wasn't long enough we needed more time! Really enjoyed our stay. Host was super sweet and super responsive. House was very clean and comfy, will definitely be back...

We had the best time at Michelle’s place! Not only was Saint George Island beautiful, but her house was perfect for us and our best four legged friend 🐶 Michelle was very communicative and responsive during our entire stay, which is always reassuring when away on vacation and staying in someone else’s home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting SGI ❤️

100% the best air bnb I have ever been to. the kitchen is FULLY stocked. We utilized the kitchen and grill each day and had more than enough kitchen tools to cook some great food. Sharp knives, plenty of cutting boards and mixing bowls, and plenty more tools. The outdoor spaces are great, the walk to the beach and view is absolutely great, and the upstairs den is SUCH a peaceful place to chill and watch a movie. We will be back 100%

We had an exceptional experience at this beautiful home on Carrabelle Beach. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. It’s clear that great care has been taken to create a private, peaceful retreat—perfect for anyone looking to unwind by the beach. The location is ideal, offering stunning views and direct access to the sand, yet it still feels wonderfully secluded. Inside, the home is tastefully decorated, fully equipped, and incredibly clean. You truly feel at home the moment you walk in. Paul was an outstanding host—communicative, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful with his accommodations. He made sure everything was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a top-tier beach getaway in Carrabelle.

The house was perfect for our stay! Bedrooms and bathroom are a nice size. Plenty of room to move around. Kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed the property.

We loved the privacy and remoteness of this location. I never knew there were rural areas around the gulf. I’m from rural Tennessee, so this was a big plus for my family and I. We saw less than 10 people on the beach daily, but had access to great restaurants across the bridge in ten minutes. We had a pod of dolphins swim within feet of us too. We plan to reschedule soon.

Our stay was great! The location was amazing and right on the beach. It's close to the grocery store & restaurants! Other than the tv not working, everything was great! I highly recommend this place to stay!

The place is cute and clean. Easy access to everything in the area. one thing we would bring next time would be a good kitchen knife if you plan to do your own cooking. the coded gate makes the site feel very safe as well. the pool and tennis court are a nice amenity to have access to.

My husband and I enjoyed 3 wonderful nights here. It was so peaceful and relaxing! Loved walking to Angelo’s all 3 evenings. Great drinks and wonderful food. The place had everything you needed to be comfortable and also to cook a great breakfast. We will be back very soon!

The townhouse was perfect for my small family. The space felt like a home away from home. It was great to have a view of the Gulf & the boardwalk provided easy access to the beach and pool. Our son loved having the option of the pool. It was relaxing to have everything we needed for vacation and not having to drive anywhere from day to day. There were plenty of landscaped areas to walk our dog. Taylor was responsive and helpful.

We loved our stay at the Blu Pearl in Carrabelle. Absolutely beautiful! Great spot for a very relaxing, peaceful, private stay right on the water. Very nice home with great views of the Gulf. Comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed. Would not hesitate to stay here again if ever back in the area. Thanks Tom!

Wonderful get away. Cozy home on canal. Super close to a beautiful boat ramp and plenty of space to turn and park double axle trailer for 25’ boat. Easy to trailer nightly. Minutes to fishing and scalloping. House was clean and felt like home. The pool was amazing after hot day fishing. Amazing sunrise and sunsets. Hosts always respond almost immediately.

We loved our stay at Anchors Away! This was our first trip to SGI and Susan was so helpful giving us information on photographers, kayak rentals, charter trips and bikes. We loved how many living spaces the house had as well as the view to the ocean and ease to get to the beach. The kids had a blast in the pool. The kitchen was completed stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. I would highly recommend this house it has it all.

4 years ago began the start of our annual family vacations, 3 years ago we welcomed our newest family member into the world, we have learned to see the world thru his eyes, on his spectrum, which leads us to very tough decisions when it comes to finding the right home to vacation. We knew after speaking to our AMAZING hosts Robert and Courtney that we had found our family home away from home. We made amazing memories as well as hit the challenge of Hurricane Debby in which was safely executed with the upmost professionalism. The communication and response times were impeccable! It was a pleasure to have the ability to shake hands and personally say thank you. We made some of the most AMAZING memories, got much needed relaxation and enjoyed the recommended fishing charter with Cpt. Tanner. We look forward to our next family vacation. The Matthews Family

Beautiful accommodations on the water. Close to FSU if you are visiting a college student which we were. Little bit of a drive to St George island beaches with shopping and restaurants. Worth the drive.

Awesome beach house with beautiful sunrises. Family enjoyed surf fishing and caught most fish around 9pm each evening when tide came in to include sharks. Grandson loved watching the hermit crabs and the shallow areas are perfect for little ones to play in. One of the best things is it's very private with no neighbors beside you so we had beach to ourselves. Would love to visit again!

The place was very open and cozy. We really enjoyed staying there. The double shower head was a nice feature too. Thanks for letting us stay!

Beautiful Memorial Day weekend on the bay with Gulf views and easy walkable gulf access. Comfortable bedrooms. Beautiful sunrise and sunset views.

Wonderful place to stay for a private get away! Loved having the private beach area and the outdoor living space! Was able to catch a variety of different fish right off the beach including Reds, sea trout, flounder, and even bonnetheads and stingrays, all while watching the sunrise! We were able to cook almost all of our meals in the outdoor space. The neighborhood is quiet, and the gulf side beach is a short walk away! Host was very responsive and gave us a lot of information about the area. Thank you so much for the wonderful place to stay!

This is by far the best AirBnB/rental that I’ve ever stayed in! Melynda thought of everything when furnishing and stocking this home - which is what it truly felt like, a home away from home! It was even better than the listing and we’re already talking about booking it again next year!

This was a last minute booking as I was traveling through the area. I had the thought that if I could find something that looked peaceful & quiet then I’d go ahead and stay a couple days… Boy! This wonderful cottage did not disappoint at all!!! I ended up booking a couple more days :) Very private, very peaceful, & very beautiful!!! I won’t go on too much about this place since it very much matches the description in the listing but I will point out a couple quick highlights that are of some importance… 1) There is a local service station right up the street with a grill on site which does a fantastic job for lunch & breakfast and the general store has just about anything you’d need to tie you over if you’ve forgotten anything… 2) The wifi at this property is great! This is a huge plus considering where it’s located!!! I highly recommend this beautiful & peaceful little cottage near the water and I will definitely be back again in the near future!!! Wonderful week spent with family. Spacious home with great views of the ocean , beach and wildlife. Saw a sea turtle and numerous dolphins. Very quiet except for the waves rolling in which we loved! The lower level bath is perfect for showering after being on the beach. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking! We will be back, my favorite is the covered porch since I can’t stay out all day any longer.
