Beautiful Thai house. Thanks to Tez for hosting us so well, despite his injury, it didn't stop him from being there for us. The house is great! The location is great, we really enjoyed it. We were able to use the bikes and go for a ride, it was great, to go to the beach at the Cool Bar 10 min away. Possibility to rent a scooter next to the 7-Eleven (4-min walk). Excellent massages right next door too. Tez advised us very well. He is a person with strong and good energies, who is very inspiring (even for his Sarong :)). Thanks to his girlfriend's dad who was very present, and an excellent cook!! a corner of paradise 🤍 and love

Kevin was an great host from start to finish. He greeted us warmly, provided thoughtful local recommendations, and ensured our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described and Kevin’s kindness really made us feel at home. Highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Lovely place - perfect for relaxation and for the kids. The house is very comfortable and practical. The beach is perfect for the children because of the shallow water. There is not much shade on the beach and not much happening. But there is a beach club very close (which might look run down) but with great food and very friendly - especially with the kids and had activities for them. We also enjoyed the Koa restaurant which we could easily walk to and the Grams house. :) the host was very friendly and very easy to communicate with and quick to help. :) all in all a lovely experience - we really enjoyed our stay :)

We had a pleasant stay at the villa. Everything turned out just how we expected to spend our holiday this trip. The villa itself is located on a quiet beach in the south of Samui. I loved how it's uniquely decorated and felt related to some pieces of their collection. During the day, the tide was low around the time we stayed which allowed us to take a long walk in the morning to the sea. I had never been so close to nature of Samui like this tho I even lived here for years before. Kevin was a fantastic host. He was very helpful and responsive which made it even better!! We definitely would love to come back again !

The property itself is perfect but the housing estate where the property is located is a bit abandoned, otherwise the property would be a perfect 5 stars.

Real amazing host. Kevin took time to introduce every details of the house and its surrounding. The sun orientation etc.. Traditional house decorated with taste : traditional furniture with full modern functional amenties electrical kitchen, dishwasher etc... 20 meters from the private beach..very peaceful.. little private paradise!

It was a really nice stay. We would love to back to sand and book again with him.. he is very kind and always there if u need something. He organized for us a scooter that we can easily drive around the island. The villa was very beautiful and looks the same as on the pictures :) Very very nice 👍 thank you see I again

It was a truly special stay. We were welcomed with such warmth and friendliness. It was very close to the beach, but also felt like the jungle as it was covered by bushy green plants which made it feel very private. Jane was a lovely host and all the staff at the villas and in the resort were super lovely. We would love to come back again next time

Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

We had a great stay, and the villa is pretty much as shown in the pictures, although it is looking tired in some places. The outside area and the pool are amazing. The location as we expected is very remote and you definitely need a car even to get to the local supermarket. The main hustle and bustle and good beaches are at the other end of the island so you need to be prepared to drive 30 minutes to 45 minutes each day if that’s where you want to be. Noy the host was very helpful in arranging car hire taxes massages and always on hand if you needed her but not in anyway intrusive. there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were all great however I must mention the beds are very firm. With regards to the electricity we ended up paying a hundred English pound which was for 3 people for 2 weeks and we were out most days, so bear this in mind. Overall a fantastic day and would definitely recommend.

My visit to Baan Thong Ching Resort was an absolutely delightful experience. The resort's setting, with its beautiful, secluded beach and lush surroundings, was stunning. The room amenities provided a comfortable and relaxing stay. The resort’s commitment to maintaining a high standard of service was evident in every interaction with the friendly staff. This resort is a great destination for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat. I will be back!

Annick's place was very nice with a great view and private pool. She was a very nice and accommodating host. Would stay again.

Have booked a place on the way after returning from the south pilgrimage. Loved the villa atmosphere. Very quiet and private. Khun Yupa, the owner, was very responsive. You took care of Ann and you took care of it. It was great to buy breakfast and was very accommodating during your stay. Overall, I was impressed. If you have any business going to Donsak area, I will definitely book my stay here again.

We took the Raja ferry which was later than scheduled! Jake had arranged a pick-up but my internet was bad over the water so when we thought Jake got our information about that - it hadn’t so our pick-up was already at the pier waiting when our message went through! So be sure to have a reliable internet for the ride! It went smoothly anyway! Jake was really doing his best to hold the pick-up and arrange it to come back as we arrived! A good thing to do is make a stop at the way to the house and buy the necessary groceries, since there is not a nearby store! If you are ok with walking a bit you can find some local stands with a small variety of stuff, but for basic milk, bread and coffe you need a scooter or car (as he had pointed out earlier). We just wanted the peace and quiet place as this really are - so for us it was perfect! 2 little restaurants at the beachside at a short walk both ways from the house which made the most common dishes and for a reasonable price!

If you wan't the buzz of Koh Samui during the day, but peace of mind in the evening or whenever you're at home. This is the place to be. You'll have a very private house on the hills over looking Lamai, with a beautiful infinity pool overlooking the sea at the south side of the island. Although the pool is officially shared, there only a few other houses on the hill, so we had the pool most of the time to ourselves. The house itself is breathtaking, very stylish furnished and well equipped. It has a unique lay-out that will make you remember your stay. There is always a seating area available in the sun as well as the shade. Huge windows give you the feeling your living outside. In some rooms even the rocks of the hill are part of the decoration and furnished around. Yes, you need a proper 4x4 to access the house (especially when it's raining (our experience), but it's worth it. When we couldn't make the daylight arrival, Poy gracefully offered us a no extra cost night, Thanks!

Everything was perfect. The host was very nice and helpful. We could not find the bungalow with the adress from the insertion from airbnb but it is easy to find if you use the directions from the host. I think the bungalow was more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much!

Wa’s villa was just as we hoped, it was exactly like the photos, Wa gave us a very warm welcome and we felt at home immediately. Communication by Nikki was always prompt and they were very quick to respond (time difference permitting) the area is very quiet and non touristy so if you are looking to relax and get away from it all then this is the place for you. There are restaurants/bars within walking distance and they have a taxi man on speed dial!

Property is steps from the beach. Nice home with all you need for a great vacation. Location requires transportation unless you stay home. Many restaurants surround the property. Moped rentals are available. The host was extremely responsive and assisted whenever necessary .

We had a wonderful time at Wa’s home. Location was very beautiful and peaceful. We do recommend renting a vehicle to get around to restaurants, excursions, etc. as you are far from touristy things. You stay an Wa’s guest home so she is available if you need anything at all. Very responsive and helpful with advice and recommendations for all things - car rental, in home massage, excursions, laundry, etc. Basically, you name it, and Wa will do her absolute best to make it happen. Highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed. You will just look forward to staying again at Wa’s home and her friendly hospitality.
