Very nice host and house even more beautiful in real life than in photo, we 100% recommend this place. Stephen is responsive and very welcoming. A little extra for breakfast in the fridge, fruits and beers, very good sense of hospitality. Restaurants, beach, and even a temple by the sea within walking distance

Wa was an exceptional host, attentive and thoughtful throughout our 5-day stay. She took care of everything with great care, arranging taxis for our trips and providing recommendations that were both precise and delightful. Her accommodation is a true gem: impeccably clean, perfectly located right in front of the beach, offering stunning views and absolute tranquility. A true haven of peace! We also rented a scooter on-site, which allowed us to explore the surroundings with ease. A perfect stay!

The pictures do not prepare you for how amazing this villa is, breathtaking views and complete privacy, we would have paid the fee just for the bedroom which was the best we’ve ever stayed in and we travel a lot. The south of the island was much prettier and we’re so glad we choose it, we used the SUV to go all round the island but always loved coming back to the villa. The road was steep but was easy to drive in the SUV, the sounds of birds all day was enchanting, no construction noise or traffic was a joy. Dave and Neung were great, picked us up and dropped us off at the airport and Dave responded promptly with any questions we had. We did not want to leave and will definitely book to return to this paradise. I cannot recommend the villa enough an absolute joy.

This home was amazing! We really enjoyed staying at the Villa. The home is so spacious with gorgeous views. Tom and Toto were so great individuals that they made our whole family feel right at home. Tom is an amazing cook and prepared multiple meals for us in the home. She was able to cook all types of meals (Thai & Western) to accommodate adults and children. In addition, we used Toto to drive us every day, which took additional stress away from us. The house was always tidied up every day by the staff with new towels and beds made. I am so happy that we were able to book this home and enjoy our time in Koh Samui

The views from the apartment are breathtaking. Really, for that alone I wanted to stay more time (stayed 5 days). The apartment is located in a private hill with a private guard at the entrance, little far away from other things, and very hard to reach to without a motorcycle or a grab taxi. But the views and peacefulness of the place is totally worth it.

This place is as beautiful. It is an oasis of paradise and the perfect escape. Jim and Ta are so helpful and are always there with a smile for whatever you need. We found a car very useful if you want to do some of the touristy things. But some days we just chilled at the villa or visited the super cute beach bar just 2 minutes down the beach. We loved it and would recommend it to any groups visiting Ko Samui who want to find a place to escape and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay in the bungalow and liked the clean pool. The property is surrounded by nature and it feels peaceful. Beaches, restaurants, and other places are within a 10-min scooter ride. The hosts were very friendly and proactive. We recommend this bungalow, especially (but not exclusively) to Bavarians.

Very beautiful modern and spacious villa, which can be shaded at different times of the day (very pleasant at 35°). Air conditioning is essential and much appreciated. The pool is large and perfectly clean. Several reviews for his work nearby, which are not inconvenient. You can hear birds and geckos more than the work. It can be difficult to imagine the house from the photos. In fact, they're separate items. You have to go through the outside to go from the bedroom to the kitchen for example, which is classic in this country. it may seem confusing at first glance, but in reality, it was very appreciated. you can make noise in the living room without worrying about waking up the children. In short, this is a superb villa with a very good value for money. Recommended+ ++ with a host who is very happy with good tips.

everything was great. Very good communication, very friendly, good facilities and little stress. For someone looking for a quiet location a little away from Chaweng, a very nice accommodation with a very nice jungle sea view. However, everything you need is at least 10 minutes away by motorbike, except for the things you really need, which are nearby🙃😉
