A little slice of heaven in Circeo. We have had an experience that we will carry in our hearts. The house is wonderful, with attention to the smallest details, very clean, cozy and with a view that leaves you breathless, the kind that makes you stop and look in silence. It's the ideal place to really unwind, breathe freedom, and find calm immersed in beauty🦋. The location is perfect for exploring the Circeo, but also just to stay there, simply, to enjoy the peace. A special thank you goes to the host: rare kindness, attentive but never intrusive presence. We felt welcomed, at home. It's one of those places where you leave a piece of your heart... and as you close the door, you already dream of returning.

The apartment that Andrea offers is cozy, relaxing and in a very quiet and safe area. Andrea is very welcoming, allows you to use the fireplace and barbecue and is always available for clarification and advice. Beautiful experience.

I had a fantastic stay and I highly recommend this property. The home is very clean, spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The hosts, Gianni and Carolina, are exquisite people who make guests feel welcome. The house has a large covered veranda and a garden equipped with a barbecue, in a quiet and peaceful setting. Everything was in excellent condition and the house was comfortable. A commendation goes to Mr. Gianni who, during this period of such cold days, his attention to detail made a difference. He called me in the morning to inquire about my arrival time and, upon my arrival, I found the radiators on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This pampering did not go unnoticed and made my stay even more comfortable.

Frederica was super kind, bubbly, and helpful. The location of this Airbnb is unmatched. It is right across from the beach with amazing restaurants nearby, beautiful views, and privacy and security. We felt very safe and very comfortable here. Our only complaint is that the A/C and Wifi were a bit spotty and you have to pay a separate cash cleaning fee on top of the Airbnb price, but everything else was great. Definitely recommend this place!

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. Look no further and book this home for your stay in Rome! It’s even better than the photos, and the feeling you get looking at the views from the windows and balcony is indescribable. The Colosseum is a half block away and you can see the top of it from the rooftop patio. The decor was modern yet felt like home, and the hosts were so friendly and responsive. We loved coming back after a long day of walking the city and just relaxing. 10/10!

Beautiful accommodation! It was an excellent experience. The apartment has amenities and hotel details that add quality and warmth to the stay. The view of the lake is very beautiful. It's on a quiet street, it's a very nice area for walking, and there are supermarkets and shops a few blocks away. Highly recommended to stay in a quiet environment away from the chaos of the city. If we could give more stars, we would! this was the most beautiful apartment and location, fairy tale surroundings and gorgeous gardens everywhere, church bells and a castle to explore. Walking distance to the metro. 4 amazing restaurants, bakery and gelato within mere steps from our door and a grocery store across the street. The apartment was very clean, beautifully furniahed and decorated, comfortable and self entry key access was easy. Frederika was extremely responsive, helpful and very nice. We would definitely stay again if in the area!!

I can't recommend this apartment enough! From the moment I arrived, it felt like home—warm, welcoming, and incredibly comfortable. We loved our stay in Marco’s place , beautiful view from the apartment & he was a wonderful host to us . He alerted us that the pope would be around and we got to see him . Beautiful apartment and very clean , had everything we needed , grocery store within walking and close to shops and restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer .

Cristiano was an amazing communicator. He gave us thorough check in instructions and also tips for Rome. We stayed in 8 cities all throughout Italy and this was my favorite! So clean and cozy. I loved the bedding and cute kitchen. Cristiano left wine, biscuits, and tea for us!

Very beautiful and comfortable place to stay the pictures are exactly the same as showing, a lot of restaurants and places to go. A little bit far from the city for public transportation. Love this place sorry we just stay for one night. Definitely going back.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

The accommodation is a peaceful haven after a day of walking where Rome gives but also takes energy. Everything is designed to make you feel at home. The accommodation is soothing and warm. A remote neighborhood of Rome, the neighborhood is lively but quiet. Everything is within reach, shops, restaurants, bars. For transport, I, who am apprehensive about the metro, used it systematically with great ease. The station is minutes from the apartment to reach all the neighborhoods to visit in Rome.
