The place was very comfortable and quiet to rest, it was surrounded by fruit trees, the host is very friendly I help us with everything we asked. Very cozy. !Highly recommended!

The cabin is the same as in the pictures. It is very cozy, with a great view and well-equipped. Everything works very well - kitchen, showers, internet, heating, bbq, etc. It has the great help of Edwin who helped us find the house, at check-in and prepare everything for the bonfire. I recommend bringing a sleeping mask, as a lot of light enters the cabin at 6am.

We enjoyed our stay at Ushaloma. It was an incredibly sight! We planned to stay there a night and then go on an early hike but then cancelled the hike in order to enjoy the view. We highly recommend the place. We also recommend that you bring the food you want for the night and breakfast there because once you are there, you’re going to want to stay and enjoy the view and not go back down till the next day. Absolutely stunning house and view. Friendly people who showed us everything we needed to know. One helpful hint: Google maps will direct you through a muddy road that is impossible to get up. Make sure you are taking Via a Lagunas Mojanda because it is paved. We took this road up without a 4x4 and no problem. Steep but manageable.

A very nice place on the way to the Mojanda lagoons. It had a spectacular view and the cabin was very nice and clean. We enjoyed our fireplace for the cold it was at night.

It is exactly as shown in the pictures, and even more beautiful. It has a kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a beautiful spacious living room, excellent lighting from sunlight and windows that help you appreciate nature, a beautiful terrace and a bathroom suitable for its use. There is green space to make a campfire. It is a beautiful private place to relax.

The hosts were very kind and responsive. The cabin was very nice and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend.

It met our expectations, the house is located near a supermarket and it is possible to get to the city center without much difficulty. The hosts were very friendly and attentive to anything we needed.

I had an amazing stay at Katty and Lionel’s rural property! The cozy cabana was perfect, with breathtaking views and all the comforts of home. The fresh fruit, yogurt, garden veggies and eggs provided were a great touch. Katty and Lionel’s warm and friendly demeanor made the experience even better—they were always helpful and welcoming. The location is peaceful yet fairly convenient, with easy access to a nearby bus that connects to Otavalo, Cotacachi, and Ibarra. Whether you’re looking to explore or relax, this property is ideal. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
