New appartement, very confortable. I hope shops can be open soon like 7 eleven and some restaurants and it will very good. Good value for the price compare to many places in Boracay

The place was clean, spacious enough for our family (me, my husband, a yaya, and our 9yo, 2yo, and infant) The checkin process was easy enough. We had a little trouble with the internet connection but it was resolved by the 2nd day. The living room airconditioning unit doesn't really blow out cold air but we weren't uncomfortable because the one in the bedroom worked and there was an electric fan. Thank you Arnold and ate Jelly.

This is the 3rd time we've been to Boracay. I like the area the condo is in because it's not as busy, the area is cleaner. The condo was nicely decorated & very clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. You can see the ocean on both sides of the island from the balcony. Thank you

She knows a lot about the island and even can help booking or giving infos about tours & activities: it helped and relieved us much! The unit is very cosy, the bed is comfortable and the sheets (thanks it was cotton!) are very clean, everything is brand new in the appartement and so well decorated! Even better than what the pictures shows. It is a very short distance to Newcoast Beach, Boracay’s key hole, & Fairways and Blue water golf course. Easily accessible to public transportation (Hop on Hop off bus, e-trikes etc..) or you can even rent a moto/scooter and park it down the residence safely. If you want to cook your own meals it’s possible and there is a 7/11 store nearby so it’s very practical! The private pool for the residents is quite small but its very quiet and calm, which is a must if you want to cool off a bit. If you want a quiet, well secured place to stay, it’s definitely it!

Wonderful apartment, perfect for a family holiday.

Nice development but not much else around. Need transport to go anywhere.Enjoyed the restaurant which was reasonably priced and spa too. Extra charge to use the pool which we weren't aware of. Unit is fine but starting to get a little worn. Kitchenette was lacking some supplies.July the co-host was helppful, comunicated well and was very attentive.

Had an amazing boracay experience because of sir July Paderes, he was so accommodating, welcoming and very attentive with our needs. He has a lot of connections, we didn’t even need to search anything for activities. Will definitely go back and recommend to our friends Room smells good, clean sheets and clean bathroom 💯

Accommodation is clean, complete, and very near to Diniwid and Station 1. Super sulit and great value for the money. Malaking plus na may functional kitchen so super goods para sa mga traveling with family or group of friends. Would definitely stay again in the future.

The place we stayed at felt like home, offering complete necessities and kitchenware. Sir July, the caretaker, accompanied us throughout our stay and made us feel safe, especially since the place is quite far from the downtown area. He also recommended some great activities that we, as DIY tourists, badly needed. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and will surely return for our next Boracay trip.

A very pleasant time spending at Ben’s place. Located in a Peaceful area unlike in stations 1-3. Had a smooth transaction, friendly staff in the building. Complete kitchen needs from cooking pan to microwave and etc. We planned on extending our stay, unfortunately it was already booked on our last day. Transport service is easy as well as there is shuttle bus every hour until 10pm. Also, Kudos to Ben for a quick response. Oh, I love the beach near the place, just 10 minutes and you'll see the paradise.

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

Ben and Philip were amazing. Ben place is super clean and has 2 aircon in both rooms. I loved a bathroom and the shower. We haven't cooked food but i can assure you, you'll have all you need including large fridge. Free shuttle bus to the beach and back. Price for this amazing place is below what is really worth. Thanks guys!

They were very accommodating and responsive and even allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. They also catered our requests as we are 4 ladies staying in the room and need some things for our stay. The room is also easy to spot since it's just outside of the elevator and all the amenities mentioned are there. Too bad we didn't bad we didn't have much time to go to the pool area. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was just a brief power interruption in the evening but the generator was immediately opened and power was restored shortly after. The whole place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Boaracay. For suggestions, if they can get a full body mirror next time for the guests. Overall the stay was perfect. Thank you so much! 😊😊😊

A home away from home. All the necessities and ameneties in your own home at a rental. Serene and Ms Jelly was so kind and allowed us to checkin early. The location "newcoast" is perfect for family and people who wants to enjoy the island without the loud and traffic of white beach. Will definitely book Serene's place again.

Nice little one bedroom apartment in a typical neighborhood. Reasonable walking distance from white beach and lots of restaurants and bars. Needed a few small items when we first checked in and the host was very responsive. Be aware that it is a three floor walk up.

My family had a wonderful stay. The place is huge and clean. Exactly as the photos. There’s no gym so the stairs going up is kind of our exercise plus the walking on the beach daily. There’s a nearby store also to buy some necessities. The pool is small but hey we went there for the beach and it’s few mins walk.

Joyce place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. It is very near the (Touristic Attraction) and close to all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area (10 to 15mins drive) But you can’t hear the noise of the streets in the apartment. The whole place made us feel at ease. Joyce was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when she welcomed us. I would definitely come again!

We LOVED this condo and the location! Very comfortable and clean inside. Beautiful views from the comfortable balcony. You can see the ocean to the north AND south, mountains to the east, and a beautiful golf course down below. Very helpful and polite on-site staff. Easy access to the Hop On Hop Off buses that run the same route around the island for only 50 pesos/person. We walked to Keyhole, ate at the Belmont Hotel and had excellent Mexican food at Cochi Loco near the Savoy. While the grounds of the Savoy were lovely, the restaurant was nothing great…cardboard pizza and too warm inside. Back to the condo: Maria Sue has decorated with a consistent, soft green from kitchen ware to linens. The live plants inside are an extra nice touch. The local assistant, Reda, was super responsive and helpful. Cannot wait to go back❤️
