The house is ECO-environmental friendly,suitable for work and has solar energy.The Wi-Fi is reliable for work, too. We accept longer stays. Everything you need is 20 meters on foot.

The Antiparos Stone House

A warm, cozy house with distinct architecture and interior design, located just above Apantima beach. Visitors can enjoy the breathtaking view to the Aegean sea from the comfort of their large, private veranda surrounded by a romantic garden. A short, picturesque pathway leads to the beach (50 m). This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The villa has a built area of 220 sq.m. and a very large outdoor courtyard. It boasts unobstructed sea views. The property features a private mini pool (not heated) with three hydromassage seats. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

In a 3 minutes walking distance, you can find my restaurant for some local tastes for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is not included in the price of the apartment.
