El lugar muy hermoso , bien cuidado , las personas que entregaron la casa y el anfitrión muy amables, camas cómodas , en las noches es un poco fresco pero en la casa no hace frío y hay buenas cobijas

Lugar muy tranquilo, la señora Mariela muy amable y atenta. La finca es muy acogedora, muchos espacios libres y con la privacidad que estábamos buscando.

El alojamiento es un lugar increible, es notable que sus anfitriones se esmeran en mantenerlo impecable y confortable, super tranquilo y paisajes hermoso, ideal para compartir en familia y mascotas. La pasamos genial todos los dias de la estadia.

If you are looking for an out of the way escape from the city and a real country or “finca” experience, this is your place. However, I would recommend driving or renting an SUV with decent ground clearance. The place is very easy to find with Waze GPS or Google Maps by searching “Hato the Farm”. No four wheel drive needed, but the dirt road to the place has spots where a low car will definitely scrap bottom if you’re not careful. The dirt road is maintained and used by the municipality and locals, so it’s not impassible. We rented a car at the airport to get there, and everything went well, but if you’re not used to dirt roads and winding roads, this will be a learning experience! :-) The place itself was an open floor plan with plenty of space to sleep 12+ people. Everything was clean and well maintained and the local caretaker (Sonia) was extremely sweet and helpful for all our needs. If you’re lucky and nice enough :-) , she can point you to local spots for swimming and hiking that are off the beaten path and empty of people, but full of amazing views, cold mountain water for swimming, and a true Colombian countryside experience that was enjoyable and as safe as any place I’ve visited. The local tienda (general store) will deliver without cost of delivery for whatever food and drink you need, although tipping the delivery boy is a good idea. The property had many different varieties of fruit trees, which we were invited to pick for super and delicious fresh orange juice in the morning or whatever else you can pick. Overall, staying in Manuel’s place was an amazing and relaxing experience and we will return and rent the place again! Although, we’ll make sure to get a vehicle with higher ground clearance for the road up.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and private getaway! The place is surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The host super communicative and helpful throughout our stay. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, they came right away to help us. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a chill, nature-filled escape. The only downside was that the water in the shower was quite cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this peaceful Airbnb! The place was equipped with all the essentials, making it very comfortable and easy to enjoy our time there. Eduardo and Bibiana, the hosts, were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The pool was amazing and provided a perfect way to relax, and the family dogs brought so much joy to our 2-year-old—they were a delightful addition to the experience! Eduardo's guidance and recommendations were invaluable, leading us to discover some truly spectacular places nearby. We were also touched by their generosity. The weather couldn't have been better, allowing us to fully enjoy not just the pool but also the stunning waterfalls and river in the area. This was an unforgettable experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here. Thank you, Eduardo and Bibiana, for your incredible hospitality!

Logement spacieux et bien entretenu, au milieu des champs de café, bananes et autres arbres fruitiers, des hamacs, une balançoire, une belle table extérieure de quoi se sentir très bien, une très belle vue sur Jardin et sa belle église. Un environnement apaisant. Nous avons réussi à monter en voiture mais il faut avoir des pneus adaptés. Un très belle visite également de la production du café de la famille de Carolina.

fue una excelente elección. La cabaña está ubicada en un lugar como pocos, rural, tradicional, rodeado de montañas hermosas, personas agricultoras, caminos que te hacen olvidar de las congestionadas calles de la ciudad, frío acogedor, no tener televisor fue lo máximo, una casa con todo lo necesario, además de la amabilidad y calidad de persona que nos mostró ser Jhon, a la salida nos regaló flores y lechugas de su huerta. En realidad fue una muy bonita experiencia estar allá y sin duda para repetir.

We absolutely loved our long weekend in Jerico, and our stay at this beautiful, spacious, clean finca was a huge part of it. We stayed with 3 adults and 3 kids. The house is very large and could accommodate way more people, and the property is also large and beautiful. The dogs, cats, chickens, guineafowls, ducks, and peacocks were an added source of fun for our girls. You definitely need to be ok with animals, because they roam freely on the property. We were grateful for clear communication, helpful suggestions, a warm welcome, and responsiveness to help us with things like setting up the grill one evening. The space was astoundingly clean for its size. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with materials for cooking (no ingredients, but ample pots/pans/plates etc for a large group). The only downside was the beds- the vast majority of the mattresses were extremely/overly firm, and a few were almost flat. But we loved our stay overall and hope to go back!

Respondía rápidamente a cualquier consulta y se aseguró que estuviéramos cómodos. La propiedad, tal como se mostraba en las fotos, y su ambiente acogedor me hizo sentir como en casa. Espectacular casa cerca a Medellín con una vista aún mejor. Es un lugar de tranquilidad absoluta, muchos espacios abiertos en la casa, y espacios amenos como los lagos, deck y miradores. José es un gran tipo, atento y nos facilitó todo lo necesario en la estadía. 100% recomendado.

Podría resumir nuestra experiencia como ¡Maravillosa! La finca es hermosa, tranquila, muy limpia, comoda y ordenada. Toda nuestra estadía estuvo llena de momentos inolvidables y los disfrutamos de principio a fin. Nuestros niños estuvieron seguros y fueron felices en el contacto con la naturaleza, el paisaje, las mascotas, los animales del corral, el parque de juegos y los caminos para rrecorrer el entorno rural. La ubicación es cerca a vías de acceso, tiendas, restaurentes y diversión. El equipo anfitrión es amable, respetuoso y muy atentos a responder rapidamente ante cualquier solicitud. Nos atendieron y nos guiaron desde el inicio de la reserva, lo cual valoro y agradezco mucho. Sin duda volveríamos muchas veces a este adorable sitio. Muchas gracias!!

Fue fascinante, la locación parece irreal, hay lugares que no están publicados y que puedes disfrutar y hacerte fotos hermosas. los jardines bien cuidados. la cabaña esta en un estado impecable, las camas son cómodas y todo lo necesario para cocinar, hacer asados, fogatas! el acceso es genia. a solo 3 minutos o menos de la autopista, silencioso, natural. el señor Leo esta siempre disponible para recibirte, y aclarar cualquier inquietud. las cabañas están mas que nuevas (parceles estrenando) el lago, las chimeneas, el puente y el internet son sin duda el plus. estas en la naturaleza sin desconectarte de lo cotidiano. a media cuadra hay un supermercado muy abastecido. y a 5 cuadras otros lugares de compra. en realidad solo debes llegar y todo esta resuelto. volveré, sin duda. les recomiendo ir sin duda y pasarla de maravilla!

Amazing, I loved the place, is perfect to share a good weekend with family and friends, this place has everything and Don Juan were very helpful and attentive, I felt like at home. As soon as I can I’ll be back. loved it.

El lugar es muy bonito.. una finca espectacular… con alrededores perfectos y buen espacio para los niños.

Maribel es super querida, nos hizo sentir como que estabamos en casa de un familiar. Todo el tiempo estuvo pendiente de nosotros, nos consuiguió los números de los domicilios cercanos y contactos para que nos rentaran caballos para pasear a los niños, le acomodó un cuarto de juguetes a mi hijo con detalles para dibujar y nos dejó el cotillón para que celebraramos año nuevo. La finca es ideal para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia, es un lugar muy bonito.
