Juliana’s listing is great, specifically for anyone who works remotely and wants to be away from heavy noise but still in a central location. Internet is strong and the unit itself came with everything I needed for a 2 and a half week stay. Juliana’s team was also very attentive and supportive throughout my stay. Jean at the front desk was very proactive, communicative and went above and beyond in terms of assistance throughout my stay. Other members of the team who assisted in my accommodations were Matteo and David (who speaks flawless in English) at the front desk and Uber and Walter from security. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

We were pleasantly surprised with the place and the facilities, it is really much better than what you can see in the photos , everything was organized and clean , the pool spectacular , everything in the house looks like new and the people in charge of welcoming us Omar and Yaneth were very nice people and they had the place impeccable. Valetina's place is truly a 5-star experience! Right when we landed we enjoyed the beautiful view of sunset. Arriving and getting there was extremely easy. Valentina and her Dad were even able to make last-minute accommodations for us. We used the chef she recommended and we felt truly taken care of the whole time. The town Venecia is also beautiful and surprisingly only 10-15 minute walk away from the house. The house was so nice that we decided to spend the majority of our weekend there enjoying the pool, mini-soccer field, and ping pong table. We were a group of 14 and had plenty of space to spread out with lots of hang-out areas. I can see how this place can accommodate 20+ very well. Thank you so much to Valentina and her Dad for sharing this beautiful home with us and letting our group create memories here!

Very helpful with airport transportation and tours. Location is in a quieter area but still walkable to all of the restaurants if you enjoy walking. I would definitely recommend!

This hotel is amazing. The staff are very nice and professional. The place was stunning and the room itself was clean and had everything we needed. The water is hot and the A/C is super cool. Breakfast on the rooftop was good. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and bars and it's pretty easy to catch a taxi or uber from the hotel too. I look forward to my next trip to Medellín and I'll definitely be stay in this hotel again.

What a spectacular place. Impeccable, comfortable, Natalia is too sweet and Cristina is always helpful and attentive to the stay. One of those places to always come back to.

Few are the places and people who mark or leave their mark on those travelers who were just looking for a place to rest. This was the case, Simon the host and his girlfriend have made this beautiful estate a piece of paradise on earth. The place is super quiet and cozy. Clean and self-sustainable. The hosts were very communicative and helpful and we shared a very pleasant time during dinner. I would return to Rio Negro JUST for hosting me again in the GREEN MOON.

Kiel is a very friendly person, our stay was dreamy and wonderful, the view is beautiful, the room is very well equipped, organized and very clean, there is a kitchen that can be used, I recommend the jacuzzi, it has an additional cost but it is completely worth it. We fell in love with the place, and we will definitely be back. It's a paradise.

I had stayed in other places in Medellín in the past. I regret not having found this place with Rafael sooner. Why? Because it has been the best place I have stayed in Medellín. I have no complaints, the service, the area, the cleanliness, everything is perfect. It is a dream to stay here. You have a fan of your accommodation, thank you so much! 10 out of 10!! The place is just as they describe it and in the photos. A lot of space, place for many people, it has good equipment but things in the kitchen can be improved like, medium-sized pots and more glasses and utensils for the asado. Lina and Gabriel all the time were super aware of us, helping with everything we needed. The estate is beautiful, it has a very nice time in this place. Highly recommended!!
