Cosy 3 bedrooms apart by the lake with parking

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.

Cosy apartment situated on first floor of a modern apartment building, within very short walking distance to main ski lift and village centre. Ski hire, night life also close by. Our apartment is nicely furnished with an open plan kitchen-dining-lounge area. Very spacious for 2 people, possibility for 2 extra guests to use sofa bed in lounge area. Bathroom with shower over bath,washbasin,washing machine free of charge. Separate toilet. Bedroom with 2 singles or 1 Kingsize bed & fitted wardrobes.

Bonjour , Nous avons loué pour 4 nuits avec 2 enfants, le logement était très charmant , propre et fonctionnel . La lirerie tres agréable. Je tiens à remercier l'assistance sandrine qui a été très reactif et disponible pour nos questions et besoins . Merci a elle Un vrai service au client . Je recommande fortement ce logement dans cete belle region au calme pour se balader , se reposer ou skier a prix raisonnable . A refaire avec plaisir . Dianne's apartment is very gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped (the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook), clean and located close to the central area of Saint Gervais. Nearby you can find shops, excellent restaurants and means of transport to get where you want. The host Di is very nice, attentive to details and left us little gifts for us and our travel-loving cat🐈 Thank you Di❤️ we will definitely come back to you. We recommend it with all our hearts!

Appartement lumineux donnant sur le lac, conforme aux photos et au descriptif, bien agencé. Confortable avec une excellente literie. La vue panoramique sur le lac et les montagnes est imprenable. Très bien situé, quartier calme, proche de toutes les commodités, à pied. Parc des Thermes juste en face. La place de parking dans la résidence à proximité est très pratique, car le stationnement est payant. Petites améliorations pour arriver à la perfection : Deux sièges (en plus du canapé) autour de la table du salon et quelques chaises seraient appréciés Un peu de vaisselle supplémentaire pour cuisiner

Ma compagne et moi même avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter du logement proposé par Alison, lors d'un petit weekend spontané dans les Alpes. Le logement est super cosy, on s'y sent directement à la maison. Parfait pour passer quelques jours à la montagne pour skier, randonner, etc. Très réactive au message envoyé, Alison a pris en compte notre réservation très rapidement. C'était facile et amicale tout en étant rapide et efficace. Merci pour ce weekend sportif et relaxant. Nous reviendrons pour sûr. (-:

The place is in the most perfect location when staying in Chamonix. 2 minute walk to the bus station, 4 minute walk to the Main Street of Chamonix. There was a local bakery 1minute away and a really nice breakfast cafe just behind the apartment. There was also a lovely bar which outdoor fire pits… perfect after a day skiing. The apartment was lovely with great space. Bedrooms and bathroom was upstairs whilst kitchen and living room was downstairs with a great balcony looking over mountains and Les Planards (and the fire pit bar). The apartment had everything you need. Perfect apartment in a perfect location (bus station takes you to all ski lifts). Tristen showed us round the apartment and was very helpful. Kristie was always on hand to answer any questions and queries we had through the app. Perfect!

Superb location. Spacious one bedroom. Well equipped kitchen with useful washer/dryer. Great communication from host. Would stay there on our next trip. Bedroom very quiet; for light sleepers the comfortable fold out couch in the living room is facing the old town church and the bell is quite loud.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement. Il est très bien situé et permet de se rendre facilement au centre-ville (en transport en commun). De plus, il est très fonctionnel. Éric est un hôte agréable qui a su répondre à nos questions rapidement et qui nous a donné des renseignements très utiles pour passer le meilleur des moments à Annecy.
