After a week of hotel stays it was so nice to decompress in a home and do laundry! It was just the 2 of us and the space was much more than enough. A bigger party would be very comfortable. Appreciated the welcome email which included instructions on how to use all the appliances. Request- add in a true American coffee maker. The fact that the home is completely updated added to our comfort level. There are great spaces to relax and we enjoyed what the home offered and loved the showers. This location in Central Portugal is in a sleepy hood. There is a corner market but it doesn’t offer much. Arriving late, we were able to get a few essentials for our first morning such as milk & bananas. The 2 towns we decided to day trip to were Coimbra & Aveiro. Both are approximately 1 hour away. While it was a bit farther than I hoped, it was a nice chance to see the countryside & the A17 is so easy to drive. We were quite impressed with the freeways. Would consider a return with more guests!

Natalia’s house is beautiful, both indoors and outside. This was the ideal location to make our base to explore the Silver coast, but it could also be a wonderful retreat! The rooms are very bright and spacious and the kitchen is very well equipped. We appreciated the welcome goodies. Natalia was the perfect host and extremely quick and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you Natalia for a wonderful stay!

We had a great 3 night stay at Erica's place. The house had everything we needed to cater for ourselves and we loved the outdoor terrace with view of the pool. Having a little fenced area around the house was perfect for us and our dog to relax without worry. Erica was a lovely host and even allowed us to take cuttings from the plants in the beautiful garden! We hope to visit again.

Zauberhafte kleine „Gartenhauswohnung“ mit eigener Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten und Grillnutzung. Liebevoll eingerichtet- klein aber fein! Für uns ein ruhiger Wohlfühlort etwas außerhalb des Zentrums der Stadt. Unsere Räder durften wir im Schuppen unterstellen. Die Kommunikation war super, danke liebe Celia! Jederzeit wieder!

We very much enjoyed the stay at Filipa's place, it was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Maybe location was not perfect, but fortunately we had a car and could drive to the downtown area with shops and restaurants etc. so it worked out great for us.

This apartment, or rather a tiny house, was so tastefully decorated and it had everything needed for a week stay. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful dishwear, super appliances! Modern and comfortable. Internet was reliable for two people remote working. The host was available and super friendly. Just one note: the shower door opening is only 31cm wide. This is not very accessible. A wider opening door or shower curtain would be better. Other than that, everything was just perfect. The apartment has beautiful details that give unique character to it, so delightful! A/C units with heating both downstairs and upstairs were very efficient but quiet, an absolute plus! Because the weather was stormy most days during our stay, we couldn’t enjoy the terrace but it was really lovely. Would love to stay in this apartment in the summer too!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à la casa da Vitoria ! C'était vraiment très agréable ici c'est un vrai havre de paix et un magnifique coin de paradis. Merci encore pour tout! Liliana est une hôte très bienveillante, sympathique et réactive.

Wir haben in Figueira da Foz 10 Tage am Meer verbracht. In der Wohnung angekommen fühlten wir uns sehr zu Hause. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr großzügig gestaltet mit offener Küche, die sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß geschnitten. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer, was phantastisch ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, jeweils 15 Minuten in die Zentren von Fig. da Foz und nach Buarcos. In der Wohnung gibt es wertvolles Informationsmaterial für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Neben dem zu Fuß erreichbaren Strand gibt es sehr schöne Strände in der Umgebung, die man mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Auf Anfragen antwortete Sofia freundlich und zeitnah. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Sofias Unterkunft.
