Very clean, after a fresh renovation. The apartment is on the second floor, a quiet street. No car noise. The apartment has two balconies, one bathroom. Accommodates a maximum of 4 people. The kitchen has a fridge, all the dishes, a microwave, a stove, and the air conditioners work perfectly. There is hot water. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. There is parking.

The area is safe and secure, with 24/7 security posted just outside the building, ensuring that guests can feel safe at all times.The 60 sqm apartment includes a living room with kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom, each fully equipped. There is also a balcony in the living room to enjoy drinks and take in the views.
