Great apartment! The views are better than in the photos and the location is super convenient. The apartment itself is also more light-filled than the photos. A good base for exploring Noumea and the rest of the island.

Séjour agréable ! L’appartement était conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. L’emplacement était idéal pour découvrir la région, avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous avons passés trois jours agréables et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Bel appartement spacieux et au calme. Chose de plus en plus rare sur Airbnb, on voit bien par la décoration et l'agencement qu'il s'agit de l'appartement qu'Olivier occupe habituellement et pas un appartement impersonnel dédié à de la location. L'emplacement au coeur des quartiers sud de Nouméa permet de rayonner facilement vers les différents centres d'intérêt. La remise des clés s'est faite par un tiers de confiance, qui nous a fait la présentation de l'appartement. Contact très amical et très réactif. Seul bémol. la propreté de l'appartement n'était pas parfaite à notre arrivée, mais Olivier a été très réactif, s'est montré très concerné, et nous a gentiment proposé un dédommagement.

Todo perfecto. Después de un viaje muy largo, Matías y Carol me faciliataron todo lo posible la entrada. Me resolvieron cualquier duda que tuve con mucha rapidez y eficiencia. Trataré de repetir cuando vuelva por Noumea. Gracias!

Le logement est très agréable. La vue sur la mer est sublime. Natacha est d'une très grande gentillesse et toujours disponible à vous aider. Un grand merci pour cet accueil. Je recommande vivement.

As a couple we had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's apartment. An initial glitch, due to AirBnb translator saying keys and not a white access card, like at a hotel, gave us an initial 10 mins of frantic searching on a midnight arrival. So beware the translation! 😁 I don't think the photos do the place justice. it's very big and spacious with lovely furnishings. The balcony at the front is very big, with a large dinig table, to eat,drink and watch the sunset, the balcony at the back sees the sunrise 😍 The king bed is so comfortable, the aircon keeps it cool. Very quiet all around the other apartments. We walked to many local restaurants as there's a large wide promenade that mainly them accessible. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. There's a gem of a restaurant that we visited regularly for dinner, called Chai de l'Hippodrome and its 5 mins away. Vanessa's kitchen had quality pans to cook with, which I really appreciated as someone who does cook. We'll definitely come back!
