Great apartment! The views are better than in the photos and the location is super convenient. The apartment itself is also more light-filled than the photos. A good base for exploring Noumea and the rest of the island.

We rented this place in the idyllic setting of Anse Vata for a short relaxing family stay and we were not disappointed. New apartment, impeccable and perfectly equipped, in a luxury residence, ideally located close to the departures for the islands. The secure parking space is a sure asset and the balcony has a wonderful view of the bay. The apartment complies with the description and photos. Arrival instructions are very accurate with illustration photos, allowing for self check in. Very responsive hosts: We reported an oversight upon arrival and everything was settled in the evening. We've already booked our next stay!

Good for 4 people, the 3rd room doesn’t have windows pretty hard to sleep in during summer. It was clean and well located. Nice stay

Everything was perfect. After a very long trip, Matías and Carol made check-in as easy as possible. They resolved any questions I had very quickly and efficiently. I'll try to repeat when I return to Noumea. Thank you!

As a couple we had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's apartment. An initial glitch, due to AirBnb translator saying keys and not a white access card, like at a hotel, gave us an initial 10 mins of frantic searching on a midnight arrival. So beware the translation! 😁 I don't think the photos do the place justice. it's very big and spacious with lovely furnishings. The balcony at the front is very big, with a large dinig table, to eat,drink and watch the sunset, the balcony at the back sees the sunrise 😍 The king bed is so comfortable, the aircon keeps it cool. Very quiet all around the other apartments. We walked to many local restaurants as there's a large wide promenade that mainly them accessible. The beach is 5 minutes from the hotel. There's a gem of a restaurant that we visited regularly for dinner, called Chai de l'Hippodrome and its 5 mins away. Vanessa's kitchen had quality pans to cook with, which I really appreciated as someone who does cook. We'll definitely come back!
