Vacation rentals with a pool in Anse Vata

Florence was an exceptional host. Very warm and available. The villa is well-equipped with everything we needed: modern kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning and very comfortable bedding. The added bonus was the pool. In summary, we had a wonderful stay thanks to this rental. We highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to discover Nouméa in a comfortable and welcoming setting. We hope to be back soon.👍

We had a great time at Eve's place! The house is located in a very quiet location, ideal for resting and relaxing by the pool. In addition, Eve was very accommodating for check-in , which greatly facilitated our arrival. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure!

Great Christmas stay, we did not have the chance to meet the little family but enjoyed the accommodation, which is functional. The pool is a real plus, and the perfect location for us.

Very nice host, available and welcoming, attentive to needs. Bright space, outdoor terrace protected even in rainy weather. Pool at 27 degrees even in dull weather. Parking at the foot of the house in the dead end lane. Recommended.

Nice place to stay, but some Daya little noise from near by bar. Host is supercool and it is cleaned.

We had a lovely time at Jean-Luc and Sandrine’s beautiful home. It was a perfect place to base ourselves for a short stay in Noumea. Their place is a short walk from food, shops, and attractions. Jean-Luc was super responsive - we had a minor hiccup (a translation issue) about the number of beds required, so encourage you to be clear about bedding required. Otherwise, we had no issues finding the place or feeling at home. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay in a bright, spacious and clean apartment. The environment is pleasant and secure with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Natacha is a responsive and friendly host.

Lovely clean modern apartment in ideal location in Anse Vata - the best part of Nouméa. Lots of shops, restaurants and beach all within 5 minutes walk. Comfortable with all amenities for a short stay, including washing machine and pool. AC works well. Recommended.

Cédric and Cécile are very kind and responsive. Great welcome. The accommodation is as described and is perfect for a long-term stay. It feels like home from day one. I recommend 200%!!
