Apartment vacation rentals in Anse Vata

The instructions received were clear and the host reacted very quickly when I had a problem with access. The apartment is in the city center near shops and restaurants. It's well insulated. It is suitable for a couple on vacation or for a person who is visiting for work

Right by Anse Vata and all it's attractions but also right by the national Park for refreshing walks, El's place is very well located. The room was clean and well equipped with everything to start a nice stay, including some coffee pods! Although we didn't meet El, he was very responsive and asking if we needed anything, which we didn't as everything was provided. Overall a very nice stay in a pleasant place. Good reasonable BNB to spend some time in the quartiers suds of Nouméa.

Everything was perfect. After a very long trip, Matías and Carol made check-in as easy as possible. They resolved any questions I had very quickly and efficiently. I'll try to repeat when I return to Noumea. Thank you!

Absolutely fabulous location, short walk to centre of shopping area and local church. Massive supermarket fifty metres from front door. Coffee shop even closer. Across the road was the harbour with beautiful views and shuttle bus pick up for airport. Laurent was very attentive and his helpfulness was greatly appreciated. Stayed nine days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great value for money. If my wife and I ever return at sometime in the future Laurent would be the first person we would check for availability. Thank you Laurent.

Quiet and serene place. For me, suitable for tranquility and remote work.

The apartment offers a stunning view and is incredibly spacious. The large living room and oversized balcony, along with the American-style kitchen bar, make it perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores just steps away. Not to mention the beach right there! I stayed for a month while working remotely, and the Wi-Fi was consistently reliable. Having covered parking in the building right next to the elevators was very convenient—especially for groceries and day-to-day errands. The pool was a definite highlight, and the café by the pool was a great option for days when I didn’t feel like cooking or wanted to host friends somewhere nearby but outside the apartment.

Yasmine’s place was so beautiful and cosy with a stunning view of the water - it made the perfect peaceful getaway for my partner and I. Yasmine and her husband were so lovely and accommodating- she really went out of her way to assist us and make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend Yasmine and her place to anyone wanting to travel to New Caledonia!

The hostess is warm and friendly, and the studio is very nice. It is close to the city but far enough to be quiet.

Well located to fully enjoy the sea, this apartment is ideally located to take a taxi to the Île aux Canards. With two restaurants just downstairs from the building. The walk between Anse Vata and Baie des Citrons is easily accessible, offering a great opportunity for a walk by the sea. In addition, the Royal Casino is literally at your feet for those who wish to try their luck. Note that the layout of the apartments is similar to that of the doors of a hotel.

The accommodation is very clean, very well-equipped. The kitchen has good quality amenities. It was ideally located for us, close to our family. Just one small detail... it's missing 1 or 2 coat hangers to hang the towels.

Good for 4 people, the 3rd room doesn’t have windows pretty hard to sleep in during summer. It was clean and well located. Nice stay

Brigitte is very good advice, responsive, available and caring. The apartment is well located, close to shops, restaurants, market and marina of Moselle port. I enjoyed the bathroom space and the shower is spacious.

Great stay! Beautiful apartment, very well equipped, modern, and very good bedding. Nabil is a very friendly host, who always responds quickly and is concerned about the well-being of his tenants. The Géant supermarket is close by, so is the city center. We had a great time staying at Nabil's house's house and would recommend her apartment without hesitation!

Roland’s place is a great apartment located in the most happening area of Noumea, the baie de citrons. The beaches are right on your doorstep and the view is lovely. Friday and Saturday night are busy on the street below and it’s really a perfect base to explore noumea. Roland is a very accomodating host
